I keep getting wrong coffee order. Call and no answer. Manager refuses to credit.. that is wrong. Drive thru is the worst and not happy with their manager! She is horrible!! Time to go

I mobile ordered a single sandwich and an iced latte, I went through the drive thru and was 1 of 3 cars.
I pulled up to the window and was asked to park(which is a tactic used to trick their drive thru speed monitor into thinking that more orders are completed than actually are). The lady working the window was extremely rude and just shouted “park!” then pointed towards the drive thru exit.
I waited 9 minutes for my sandwich and coffee.

This is the worst dunkin i have been too every single time i get foood here its a disappointment i work all day and i have no time to come back and get a new order but there attitude is terrible even when your being nice someone needs to do something

I come to this location frequently because it's close to my job, at least 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong, not put up at the window even though I ordered it 15 minutes before arriving, out of something ordered, and the staff almost always has an attitude. There's a guy who's usually making the food who has always been nice and on top of it but the rest of the staff could definitely use some customer service classes and a refresher on how to make food and drinks. Last two visits I ordered an iced macchiato and received an iced coffee, big price and taste different. Really frustrating!!!

The staff here is exceptionally rude. However there is a new gentleman working and he is THE only respectful person in this Dunkin. Get rid of your rude staff keep the nice guy

I walked into the store this morning and was not acknowledged by the cashier. She finally looked up at me and said, “You’re gonna have to wait while I load these gift card.” What kind of customer service is this?!? With a Dunkin Donuts on almost every corner I’d strive a little more to make your customers happy. I took my business elsewhere.

It’s Saturday 17th almost 10:00 am. The lady on the drive thru was very rude and nasty. I asked her name but she refused to tell me. I could barely understand her. Her tone of voice was aggressive and negative. She should take a class on customer service. I ordered a large iced cappuccino and the drink wasn’t filled up to the top. Overall, I am happy with the service neither the drink.

I came in for a cup of coffee and when I asked the girl behind the counter which was the freshest coffee she said” the one on the end just started blinking red so it’s still hot” No thanks!!! Never coming back. The interior is in need of a deep clean.

I just went through the drive through ordered banana bread and a blueberry muffin. I gave him $100 he gave me back change for twenty. I called and the girl keeps hanging up on me.

Arrived to get coffee at 6:45, when they close at 7 was told they have no coffee and that they close in 5 minutes. Laziness, pure laziness. You sell coffee, have coffee until closing time
