Not to bash anybody in particular. However, I slid into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts instead of the Starbucks, which is very close. I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was fine and an iced. . Ordered hot chocolate boxes for my son’s school Christmas party and paid in advance. Arrived to pick it up and they were out of boxes and could not prepare the order. Did not call to inform us of the issue and the number they have listed for the store does not work. Even tried calling the 800 number the night before to confirm the order but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up and hoping everything would go smoothly.

Started to eat my food at work. I bit down on my bagel and bit a very hard sharp item. There was a piece of plastic in my cream cheese. I’m not even sure how that can happen but I’m just grateful I didn’t swallow it. Never had this issue before, but doubtful I’ll go back because that’s not a chance I want to take again. (I do a have picture but I’m not sure how to upload it to my review)

the past 3 times when I asked for a donut it has been stale. These donuts were hard and seemed to of been left out all night. They used to have great donuts.

I keep getting wrong coffee order. Call and no answer. Manager refuses to credit.. that is wrong. Drive thru is the worst and not happy with their manager! She is horrible!! Time to go
I mobile ordered a single sandwich and an iced latte, I went through the drive thru and was 1 of 3 cars.
I pulled up to the window and was asked to park(which is a tactic used to trick their drive thru speed monitor into thinking that more orders are completed than actually are). The lady working the window was extremely rude and just shouted “park!” then pointed towards the drive thru exit.
I waited 9 minutes for my sandwich and coffee.

Went there around 2:00pm today for coffee. Waited inside for 15 minutes, calling for someone to help me, but no response. No one was inside. I exit the building and go to my car. As I drive away, I then see an emplyee who has helped me before. He is a skinny young black employee whose jeans are normally half way down his butt. He is standing outside a car talking with another young black man. That was very poor service!

This is the worst dunkin i have been too every single time i get foood here its a disappointment i work all day and i have no time to come back and get a new order but there attitude is terrible even when your being nice someone needs to do something
