Not to bash anybody in particular. However, I slid into this particular Dunkin’ Donuts instead of the Starbucks, which is very close. I thought the guy at the counter was overall pretty friendly. Took my order with no problem. I used the restroom, which was gross. Then I started looking around the floor was filthy. The tables were filthy. The chairs were not tucked back in. There is certainly an issue with Management. That cleanliness of the store is not taken to a higher priority....

I ordered on the App before I left home as I was bringing donuts and a Box o Joe to a class I was holding. When I showed up they seemed to be short handed for a Sunday morning. MIKE dropped everything when I told him I had folks waiting for me and made sure I arrived on time - very sweet guy! All employees seemed stressed as there was more business than they could keep up with... Perhaps the owner should consider hiring at least one more employee for the busy times.
