Love the flip-flop sub shop! They take their time when making your sandwich, wrap, or sub for you. They are patient. They make sure that it’s made just to your liking and are super kind! Their station is immaculately clean and everything looks so tasty! Perfect location, near the beaches and marinas. And you can get gas while you’re there too!

Terrific high quality sandwich right by JD park! Highly recommend if you are in the area mountain biking, you can enjoy a delicious sandwich after. The wasabi sauce is very good!

Great subs. Was visiting the area and stopped by based on reviews. Awesome sub. Ate half first day, other half next day. Tasted great both days.Will I return? Yes if I am in that area again.No photos though. Very accommodating staff.

Great service! Inside service station but then you get your choice of chips and drinks. The pickle relish was tasty but not too spicy. Perfect for take out!Named the veggie sandwich the "Loggerhead" which should be the "Green" because loggerheads are carnivores - eat crustaceans, fish and other marine animals. Fully grown Green sea turtles are omnivores?.
A little pricey for an 8" sub but lots of meat in there so that was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I absolutely love this sub shop and patronized the previous owners and new owners. However i was disappointed when my husband brought home a sub in a plastic clam shell container. Not sure why the shop thinks this is necessary. The last thing we need is more plastic in This world that will end up in a landfill further polluting our earth. Please reconsider this decision to use plastic containers.
