Truly underwhelming... food was ho-hum, and served room temperature... portions tiny, and prices that would have made you think otherwise. There are lots of great places to eat in the Jupiter area... this just isn't one of them.
REPLY TO ANSWER: I had the shrimp scampi... which had perhaps a total of 1 cup of pasta, served cool, on a plate not made for pasta... the sauce was good, so I asked for bread to fill me up... i was told it was Ciabatta, and then sour dough showed up... but I was hungry, so I didn't care, and then a $4.00 adder to the check for bread gave us all a good laugh. My friends had the hog snapper, steamed vegetables, and coconut rice... which was also served at a temperature of cool... and while they did get a reasonable portion of rice and veggies... the hog snapper was served as two very thin small pieces and dry.
As for a refund, the nice young lady came by to ask us how our meals were, and before we could answer, walked away.
We know the perils of eating out and expect a few disasters. So we will just chalk this up to experience. But thank you, anyway. It gave us lots to talk about on the ride home.

The food is usually pretty good. The service definitely needs improvement; there’s no urgency in their greeting a table; could definitely be improved. There’s no ambiance that makes me want to put this on my weekly dinner rotation list.

Was so disappointed to dine in the north room only to have an enormous drunk table just blast the place into super loud. Why the extremely bright lights in that room? With the noise and lights we couldn't wait to leave. This makes me sad because we have enjoyed this restaurant since its humble opening. Those days are gone. When your establishment grows to the point that it draws in these huge drunk 20 seat Blackbirdish crowds, you've lost your way. Build a huge restaurant out of what has always been a local village vibe restaurant and this is what you get. It's difficult for me to rate service as I couldn't hear what they were saying over the noise.

The best restaurant you can get for any kind of food, affordable prices, service, delicious dishes for seafood and fish....!!!!
Be prepared to wait at least 30-40 minutes. Tables are too close together. It was so loud my ears were ringing when I left. It's sad because the food is really good. We had a buy one get one meal free coupon from a middle school fundraising coupon book that raised money for the safety patrol to go to Washington DC. Our meals were the exact same price $32.00. When we received our bill, they had a "BOGO" discount of only $20.00 even though the coupon clearly stated, "Buy on, get one free." We don't plan on going back anytime soon.

After a day at the beach , my big family came over to hog snapper for a nice hot dinner !!! It was amazing they treated us very well , took care of all the kids and needs of every adult. We had a big group , 7 kids and 4 adults .. everyone enjoyed their food peace and love
