Consistently following five stars for almost two decades. The freshest, best sushi and fish dishes in South Florida. The Tequesta roll is a tried and true favorite and the poke bowls are my new go to for lunch.
Great craft cocktails and delicious desserts adds up to one great afternoon or evening.

Hogsnappers never disappoints! An eclectic menu comprised of sushi and various seafood dishes. We've been coming here for years! Highly recommend their Happy Hour menu and pricing!

Lang is the best. He told us his favorite dishes on the menu - did not disappoint! He was so fun and attentive… Will definitely be back!

As a Jupiter local, it’s nice to find bartenders that still tailor to us. Lang did everything correct. He was fun, interactive, and knew how to tend to his bar. He had great suggestions, and kept us on our toes while doing it. On top of the great service, the food he suggested was phenomenal. Will 100% be back for the food and also for Lang!

I recently swung by Hog Snappers in Tequesta with my buddy JEF, and it was exactly what I needed after a scuba dive trip: laid-back, fresh, and close to the water. The spot has that perfect tropical, tiki-hut vibe—like you’re on vacation even if you’re just out for lunch.

I had a snapper sandwich—I can’t remember the exact name, but it was excellent. The fish was flaky and fresh, with just the right seasoning, and the toasted bun held everything together without falling apart. The balance of flavors was spot on—crispy lettuce, a zesty sauce, and that unmistakable snapper texture that seafood lovers chase.

As a diver, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for hogfish and snapper—especially the way hogfish can shift colors to blend with their environment. There’s something poetic about seeing them on a dive and then enjoying a well-prepared dish that pays tribute to the same ecosystem.

Service was friendly and low-pressure—just what you’d want from a coastal Florida lunch spot. It was a great place to catch up with JEF and wind down in a relaxed setting.

Highlights:
• Snapper sandwich: Fresh, flaky, flavorful.
• Atmosphere: Casual, island-style, and inviting.
• Perfect for divers and seafood lovers.
• Great local spot for post-beach, post-boat, or just good food with good people.

If you’re anywhere near Tequesta and looking for something local, fresh, and tied to the ocean life we love—Hog Snappers is it. I’ll definitely be back.

Truly underwhelming... food was ho-hum, and served room temperature... portions tiny, and prices that would have made you think otherwise. There are lots of great places to eat in the Jupiter area... this just isn't one of them.

REPLY TO ANSWER:
I had the shrimp scampi... which had perhaps a total of 1 cup of pasta, served cool, on a plate not made for pasta... the sauce was good, so I asked for bread to fill me up... i was told it was Ciabatta, and then sour dough showed up... but I was hungry, so I didn't care, and then a $4.00 adder to the check for bread gave us all a good laugh. My friends had the hog snapper, steamed vegetables, and coconut rice... which was also served at a temperature of cool... and while they did get a reasonable portion of rice and veggies... the hog snapper was served as two very thin small pieces and dry.

As for a refund, the nice young lady came by to ask us how our meals were, and before we could answer, walked away.

We know the perils of eating out and expect a few disasters. So we will just chalk this up to experience. But thank you, anyway. It gave us lots to talk about on the ride home.

Good food. Had the ceviche and gnocchi. Ceviche was a large appetizer and gnocchi was pretty good. Did not need a main… very satisfied with what we had.

The food is usually pretty good.
The service definitely needs improvement; there’s no urgency in their greeting a table; could definitely be improved.
There’s no ambiance that makes me want to put this on my weekly dinner rotation list.
