Last night was our first time at Il Professore. Don't let the location in Countyline Plaza discourage you. We had just gotten home from Europe, and I was looking for somewhere different & authentically Italian to eat. We certainly found it with Il Professore. Everything was perfect including the charming ambience. The chef/owner is from Capri, one of the places we had traveled to, and he is delightful. Timmy had a House Salad & the Pappardelle Bolognese, and I had the Tuna Carpaccio and the Purple Gnocchi with Mushrooms and a Truffle sauce. FANTASTIC! Our Masi Riserva Amarone 2018 was delicious and service was impeccable. ❤️

Staff is cordial, helpful, knowledgable and just the right amount of contact...kind and complementary to the small dining room, atmosphere. Fabulous selections of wine and Chef creations...We have experienced both lunch and evening meals and both times have been perfect in every way AND exquisite. Expensive but so is a trip to Italy for the real thing! We have the REAL DEAL in Tequesta. The execution of great service and divine dining, we wish Il Professore only a well deserved SUCCESS. We are so delighted to have this quality of service in our area And look forward to enjoying it often in the company of friends for a special occasion OR as a couple on a romantic evening. We know it will always be perfect.

We have been to IL Professore a few times and enjoyed it very much. However, last night was exceptional. We tried the Tasting Menu. Every course was better than the one before. Delicately battered and lightly fried Zucchini Blossoms followed by a perfect Tuna Carpaccio set the mood and high expectations. No disappointment in the Homemade Pappardelle with lamb and mushroom ragout that was unequalled as a sublime Pasta course. The Veal cutlet Milanese was thin with an almost untraceable crust that still managed to be crispy and leave the veal moist. The Limoncello Semi Freddo desert was perfect also. The best Italian Meal we have had in Palm Beach County in 6 years. Top all of that with friendly skillful service and you have a superb evening out. Thank you and congratulations.

Delicious fresh food. Friendly professional service. The whole Bronzino was baked perfectly in salt and served at the table. The pasta was house made - tender and fresh. Beautiful list of appropriate Italian wino. Can't wait to go again.

First impression was not favorable and the restaurant has no waiting area, Thus timing is very important, so we weren't looking into someone's plate. BUT....... The service and food were fabulous !! Can't judge a book by its cover. 😋😋😋😋

I have been to this wonderful bistro on numerous occasions and have had an exceptional experience every time. This morning I feel compelled to write about the absolutely sublime ravioli dish we enjoyed last night. The pasta was fresh and bursting with flavor and the sauce, and was a lemon based, was simply awesome. Of course, the Bronzino,as always, was magnificent! Love the waiters, especially Pedro, and can't wait to come back here after the summer. Kudos!,,Brouté.

Wonderful food and experience. Feels like eating with family- so comfortable, fresh ingredients, delicious dishes- without the drama!

We visit the area two or three times a year and always make it a point to come for dinner. The staff and food are always excellent. Ambience wise, this time we found the tables a bit too close together and was disturbed a few times with patrons coming and going and there not being enough room to maneuver exiting or entering without disturbing others who were eating. SOOOO CLOSE that we were bombarded by someone who was over zealous with bad perfume which our entire table could smell. We couldn't stay for dessert. Too close for comfort!!! But that's not a deal breaker! We'll go back to support a great dining experience.

Had a wonderful dinner last night. Everything is top-notch. Great bottle of wine for a reasonable price. Had the zucchini, flowers and the carpaccio for appetizers, very very good. For dinner I had the veal scallopini and my wife had the veal chop. both were excellent not to mention the scrumptious desserts. Worth the price. Chef Ricardo came out and said hello, that's a nice touch and our waitress is great. A must go!
