My husband and I went last night to Il Professore ! We never been and was pleasantly surprised how quaint the restaurant was with the decor and bar! The staff was very professional and attentive! Food and wine was great! The zucchini flowers were wonderful!! Definitely a hidden gem! We will be back.

Our waiter Doug was friendly & professional. Like a genie he followed all our requests with "As you wish" & our wishes did cone true! The food was delicious. My husband & I shared the zucchini blossoms as an app. I had the veal scaloppini with artichokes and lemon sauce. My husband had the grilled Faroe Island salmon. Cooked to perfection. We were too full for dessert but we perused the menu & there were delectable choices. We will definitely be going back!

Had a great time at the restaurant the food and service are top notch the place has just been beautifully renovated and expanded the wine list is excellent and they do now serve alcohol We we're greeted by Walter the Maître D and our wonderful server Kyle they allowed us to sample a bunch of different wines and after dinner the Chef / owner came to our table to speak with us We decided to head to their bar after our dessert and delicious cappuccinos to have a few more drinks and had a wonderful conversation with everyone there We enjoyed it so much that we are going back tomorrow Thanks to everyone for a great evening

We are seasonal and just got to this restaurant after being away. What a beautiful addition! The decor is lovely with white and blue colors, wines attractively displayed, a bar with which to drink or even dine, and the menu practically remaining the same. Our server, Douglas, couldn't have been more professional with a sense of humor. He gave suggestions what to order including the specials of the day. The “pregnant burrata” had little mozzarella balls inside. Accompanied by grilled vegetables, the portion was huge and very shareable. The taste was amazing. My daughter and son-in-law shared a raw tuna appetizer that was delicious as well. I had the branzino which was fabulous. Cooked to perfection the taste was yummy. The other diners had 3 different homemade pastas. They were so good that they wouldn't give me a taste and almost licked their plates. It was the night before Thanksgiving so I can't comment on the noise level, as the restaurant wasn't full. Service staff was excellent, wines and prosecco were chilled to perfection, excellent food, and lovely ambiance, a wonderful night was had by all.

Went on restaurant website a month ago which sent me to open table to make reservations. Nothing on restaurant website indicating restaurant is closed for two months. Poor communication between restaurant and open table. Patrons should not be prompted to make reservations for an establishment that will be closed. Four of us showed up to a closed restaurant with a sign on the door.

Last night was our first time at Il Professore. Don't let the location in Countyline Plaza discourage you. We had just gotten home from Europe, and I was looking for somewhere different & authentically Italian to eat. We certainly found it with Il Professore. Everything was perfect including the charming ambience. The chef/owner is from Capri, one of the places we had traveled to, and he is delightful. Timmy had a House Salad & the Pappardelle Bolognese, and I had the Tuna Carpaccio and the Purple Gnocchi with Mushrooms and a Truffle sauce. FANTASTIC! Our Masi Riserva Amarone 2018 was delicious and service was impeccable. ❤️

Staff is cordial, helpful, knowledgable and just the right amount of contact...kind and complementary to the small dining room, atmosphere. Fabulous selections of wine and Chef creations...We have experienced both lunch and evening meals and both times have been perfect in every way AND exquisite. Expensive but so is a trip to Italy for the real thing! We have the REAL DEAL in Tequesta. The execution of great service and divine dining, we wish Il Professore only a well deserved SUCCESS. We are so delighted to have this quality of service in our area And look forward to enjoying it often in the company of friends for a special occasion OR as a couple on a romantic evening. We know it will always be perfect.

We have been to IL Professore a few times and enjoyed it very much. However, last night was exceptional. We tried the Tasting Menu. Every course was better than the one before. Delicately battered and lightly fried Zucchini Blossoms followed by a perfect Tuna Carpaccio set the mood and high expectations. No disappointment in the Homemade Pappardelle with lamb and mushroom ragout that was unequalled as a sublime Pasta course. The Veal cutlet Milanese was thin with an almost untraceable crust that still managed to be crispy and leave the veal moist. The Limoncello Semi Freddo desert was perfect also. The best Italian Meal we have had in Palm Beach County in 6 years. Top all of that with friendly skillful service and you have a superb evening out. Thank you and congratulations.

Delicious fresh food. Friendly professional service. The whole Bronzino was baked perfectly in salt and served at the table. The pasta was house made - tender and fresh. Beautiful list of appropriate Italian wino. Can't wait to go again.

Our friends in Boca had dinner last year. They drove the distance again because of the quality of the food. Overlook how modest the space is all 6 of us rated Il Professore a top restaurant. We all had 2 courses and different selections. He is a very talented chef. Service is superb. We made a reservation for next week 😊
