We are seasonal and just got to this restaurant after being away. What a beautiful addition! The decor is lovely with white and blue colors, wines attractively displayed, a bar with which to drink or even dine, and the menu practically remaining the same. Our server, Douglas, couldn't have been more professional with a sense of humor. He gave suggestions what to order including the specials of the day. Last night was our first time at Il Professore. Don't let the location in Countyline Plaza discourage you. We had just gotten home from Europe, and I was looking for somewhere different & authentically Italian to eat. We certainly found it with Il Professore.
