Had a small issue with my order tonight, but the young man on duty was very diligent to fix it, kind and apologetic. Then he went on to make me an amazing sub! Exactly how I wanted it. Great job, sir! Thank you for such great customer service.

I was work on march 14 she gave me job I only work there for 5 day the very next day she let me go because she hired another person just because she worked in sub way before I explained my situation with her that I have 3 kids she let me go on my end of my shift after she made me believe that I was doing a good job she said that I was hired she ruid she take employees tips for her self she also keep the tips from the customers who pay by credit card and they give tips but she keeps it she only gives you 6 dollars she not a nice person don't work there.

Every time the young lady rips me off a $1.00 on my breakfast sub the sub is $6.49 and she charges me $7.49 every time I ask her about the price and she goes to the tip jar and takes a dollar out and gives it to me three different times.Never I am sorry for ripping me off .Do not go there they are running a scam on the customer

The door buzzer announcing your arrival will make your ears bleed. I ordered a $18 double meat toasted sub and picked up the saddest cold sandwich I've ever seen. Never again.

Some employees are good to customers, others are kinda rude. Its hit or miss. Food is decent but just not as good as I remember years ago, Prices are very high for what you get.I still stop here on occasion, but not as much as I used to, just not the bargain/quality it used to be.
