Want great Italian food? Then Volcano’s restaurant is your place but please don’t tell everyone. We have been there twice and will be going back very soon! The fettuccine carbonara and the tortellini al pana are fantastic. Can’t wait to try the fettuccine Alfredo. We were there at 3pm on New Year’s Eve. Our waiter and the owner could not have been nicer.
I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
Ciao.

My husband and I went to Volcanos Italian restaurant on Christmas Eve for a late lunch. As soon as we stepped in we were happy we did. Volcanos Italian restaurant exceeded my expectations, as soon as you step in you're welcomed with a quaint small romantic atmosphere. Great food and exceptional service. My husband ordered the manicotti, and I ordered pene with meatballs. Dinners came with a choice of soup or salad, we both had the very nice side salad with the amazing tasty Italian dressing. The meatballs are so so good, tasty and so moist. I loved the bread too. It was our first time visiting, but it will become our to go to Italian restaurant from now on. The service was the best too.

A small family run Italian Restaurant that surprises once you're inside. The interior is quaint with a subtle Italian vibe. Food was excellent (try the meatballs) and service was great. Like going anywhere the first time, you don't know what to expect, Vulcanos did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful dining experience, food was super fresh and tasty. I especially want to recognize the bus boy who truly stood out. Anthony was very attentive, polite, and always one step ahead—clearing plates promptly, refilling water without being asked, and doing it all with a genuine smile. His hard work did not go unnoticed and really added to the overall experience. A great example of excellent service.

My wife and I rolled into Vulcano's Italian Restaurant in Tequesta on a Saturday night, expecting the usual Florida wait-time drama - no reservation, just pure optimism and growling stomachs. Miracle of miracles: they seated us right away! I half-expected angels to sing and Nonna to appear with garlic knots.
We started with the meatball trio: three glorious, house-made meatballs that were so tender and flavorful, they could've been smuggled straight from my Italian grandpa's kitchen (and trust me, that's high praise; the man once made Sinatra beg for seconds).
Then came the large quattro formaggio pizza: piping hot, oozing with four cheeses, fresh ingredients bursting in every bite, and a crust that was crispy perfection. The flavors? Amazing. Explosive. Life-changing.
Paired it all with delicious red wine that went down way too easily, and the service was outstanding - attentive without hovering, like the perfect Italian uncle. The table linens and cloth napkins gave it that classy old-world touch that made us feel fancy without trying.
I'm hard to impress when it comes to Italian food (thanks, Grandpa), but Vulcano's blew me away. Run, don't walk - seriously, sprint - to Vulcano's. I can't wait to go back and fight my wife over the last meatball. 5 stars isn't enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – One of the Best Italian Meals I’ve Had in Florida
I don’t usually write long reviews, but Vulcanos Italian Restaurant absolutely earned it. From the moment we walked in, it felt like one of those rare local spots where everything is made with love and completely from scratch. You can taste the difference in every single bite.
We started with the wedge salad, and it was perfect — crisp, fresh, chilled lettuce with the right balance of toppings and dressing. It was way bigger than expected (portions here are no joke), but every bite had amazing flavor. It’s honestly one of the best wedge salads I’ve had anywhere.
Next, we ordered a gluten-free pizza, and I was blown away. Gluten-free pizza is usually hit or miss, but theirs tasted like real, authentic pizza with that homemade texture and flavor. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and you could tell it was made in-house and not something pre-packaged. Easily the best gluten-free pizza in the area — maybe anywhere.
But the star of the night was the lobster ravioli. Absolutely incredible. You can tell it’s homemade the moment you cut into it. The pasta was soft and fresh, and the filling actually had real chunks of lobster instead of the usual “barely-there” filling most places give you. The sauce was rich, creamy, and absolutely addictive. If you come here, this dish is a must-try.
On top of the food being amazing, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they serve.
Also, the best vodka sauce I’ve ever had in my life, better than in Italy!
If you want real, homemade Italian food served with big portions, great service, and authentic flavor, this is 100% the place. We left full, impressed, and already planning what we want to try next time.
Highly recommended — 10/10 experience

Thank you Vulcano's! Hannah's Home feels blessed with your donation of a wonderful meal while our kitchen is being renovated. Our residents and their children were given such a delicious dinner! We thank Vulcano's and their team for giving back to our community in such a generous gift of love. Best wishes from Hannah's Home and our founder, Carol Beresford.

First of all, the pizza is amazing and the atmosphere says authentic Italian all the way! Equally amazing is the service. The owner was incredibly kind to my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter when we went for lunch on Sunday (even though we were a little loud and obnoxious) and even invited my son back to make his own pizza (he’s obsessed with pizza and how it’s made) which he was able to do today. This place is a gem, authentic Italian cuisine and a super friendly owner, can’t ask for more than that!

Vulcano’s is the perfect place for a family dinner! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is authentic and delicious, and the portions are great for sharing. Our server Ramone also gave us the best service we ever had. My whole family loved it—we’ll definitely be back!

Ceaser salads was $4.15 up charge each and server didn’t let us know prior. we even asked what was included and she said ceaser salad was. Over $8 more just for salads? Chicken Franchase was overly salty.chicken parm was almost soggy. Nothing special at all with the red sauce. Did not taste homemade, tasted store bought salty jar vibes. Both pastas were extremely soft and overcooked, very poor quality. Had a coupon and still spent $40 for two entrees, would be very upset if we paid full price. Do not reccomend
