I usually get my pizza here & never have any problems. There was a new associate, though, & I didn't like her attitude.

Monte the manager was allowing his employee disrespect the customer and the employee went outside and attacked the customer I am in disbelief I don’t even know the people the employee attacked I just know that that employee and her coworker attacked these people in front of the customers two kids everything should be on camera this manager and employees working tonight attacking people should be fired. I will call the better business bureau and report this as well this was crazy to see.

For some reason, the pizza's taste a little bit better.At this howie's than the other howies. Don't know why but there are pizzas a little bit better

Been ordering here for a long time, several times a month. Not anymore. Customer Service is horrible and the so-called manager is a jerk. Very rude! Made our pizza wrong, accused of lying and we had to prove it to get our correct pizza or a lousy 2 bucks back. I know people are human, but if they would have handled it nicer I could accept it. But this was not handled correctly. and try to tell me this is how mcdonalds and taco bell does it. first, comparing your mistake to a fast food joint, really? and I don't eat at those places often but when I have they have credited me for the mistake or handled much better than this place. Will not be returning.

Just order a pizza they made it wrong simple order half cheese half green pepper and sausage. Come on and didn’t even offer to remake it when I call in about it

If you call and ask for 1 large pizza they will try to scam you and charge $16+.

It is supposed to be 10.99 and when you mention it they adjust the pricing to $11 for the ‘special’.

Can't believe the only place that would deliver to me and changed owners and now won't deliver to river palm RV resort. This totally sucks. I have no car and am disabled. New owner screw you! Plus I'm 71.

I called today at 12:45 to have my kids pizza delivered and I was told 30min to 45 and it’s 2:16 and I still haven’t received anything. I just called them to check in my order and I was told “not sure what happen we can remake you another one and have it delivered” or “refund you” ummm no!!! I have 3 kids that are excited about this pizza I’m not about to tell them it’s canceled!! I should’ve been offered free pizza for my inconvenience and refund my money, so now I have to wait again to be remade and delivered. Smh

Literally been eating at this pizza place since I was a child and I don’t know if they are under new management or what but whomever I talked to over the phone tonight who claimed to be a store manager was extremely rude to me because I was asking for half and half toppings on my pizza which I’ve done for years. Then after starting an argument with me preceded to hang up on me! This location has went extremely down hill. You might as well not waste your time and just go to the Seffner location! For the past year we’ve been getting our pizzas home and they aren’t even cut all the way through, and don’t even bother asking for extra Cajun on the crust. Most the time it doesn’t even taste like there is Cajun on the crust. Very disappointing!!
