I hate to give this place 1 star. The foods good and in the 5 years I've been ordering food from them via uber eats and picking it up myself. My order has never been wrong and food never less in quality. But last night I got off of work ordered 10 Buffalo wings and large order of pepper steak and onion that I payed one dollar to upgrade the white rice to shrimp fried rice.
And when the ordered arrived the rice wasn't there at all. Not even some white rice to eat with it. They never mess up so I thought it would be easy to explain what happen and at least get a refund for my peppersteak and onion meal becuase without rice is just soup with beef and onions.
Through uber eats these guys have fought me tooth and nail to not give me refund. So a meal I almost paid 45 $ for with tips and delivery fee was not eatable and I had to just take the hit and loose the money
So yes the foods good but unless your at the store and can open everything up and show them when they messed uo to there faces you might go somewhere else if you want your money and loyalty respected

We use to oder from here often but had a few not so good experiences…. Running late today from work and decided to give them another try…..house lo mein was extremely bland and the shrimp were 1/3 size they use to be. I asked if this is the same item or did i order wrong… the female at the counter said it was the same as always…..i wont be rude, but not what i was hoping for.

Awesome food, and they make their orders up pretty fast. I normally get to-go and within 15 minutes they have it all packed up and ready for pick-up. The food is always hot, fresh, and tastes amazing. The cashier is generally friendly and quick.

I have gotten take out a few times from here and it has always been fresh and tastes good! Last night's Moo goo gai pan had a generous amount of chicken and a good variety of vegetables. If they make the place look nicer/cleaner and a little more friendly with the customers I can give 5 stars!

We did a walk-in order. The kid at the counter gave me the wrong order. After we returned home, we called to let them know when we figured out we had the wrong order. Then they said you can come pick up yours. When we did, she tried to blame me for picking up the wrong order! I told her that’s not my fault that your kids fault.
