Let me start by saying that this new management has started off on right foot. As being a regular customer the store is much more cleaner and the ugly office is gone. I did see new staff so there is a lot of new faces in store, but they picked up on my usual order on 3rd day and it was perfect

I think this is the first time I have giving a one star to anyone. I understand that the location is under new ownership and management. They barely understand my order and they didn't know the menu. After awhile I just ordered a Philly. The steak was cold and they continued to talk in Indian and being rude. Horrible experience will never visit this Ever!!!!

There’s a short small blonde girl super high I was called at another subway bc of this he said it’s the 2 nd time and it seems this whole Crew does some sort of drugs and wasn’t trying to complain he actually seemed concerned and I tried calling this place and hungrie Howies no body answered I tried multiple times within last hour and it’s sad I don’t know how you guys get buisnessni been at subway 8 years and have the absolute best reviews you guys need to fix the drug issues really

what’s the point in having a phone number if the employees never answer the phone I’ve ordered here twice now from Uber eats and the first time they forgot to put my cookies in the bag so i had to drive up there and get them myself that defeats the purpose of Uber eats now the second time i tried to call ahead of time to remind them to make sure my cookies were in the bag but nobody answered the phone i called at different times just in case the employees were on break or something but still nobody answered the phone so yet again my delivery came with no cookies in the bag now im just out of my own money because i can not go get them because i have no way and Uber is not refunding the money.

Yea I have never had any issues with any subway. I am disappointed with this location. I ordered online… the details of the order on the receipt.Wrong bread I ordered Garlic herb got reg Italian, paid extra for avocado slices and extra cheese, didn’t get either one. They used rotisserie chicken instead of chicken strips. I asked for two chocolate chip cookies got two brownie cookies.When I order online I expect a missed detail or two… this was the whole sandwich they got wrong.
