I placed a pickup order for a footlong sandwich and had selected multiple sauces. Unfortunately, when I checked the sandwich, it appeared that none of the sauces were added. I called the store to confirm, and the team mentioned the sauces were included as per the order and asked me to check again. I did recheck the sandwich, and it still seemed that the sauces were missing.

I’m sharing this purely as feedback for improvement and not expecting anything free...

I highly recommend the freshly baked cookies. They are consistently fresh and delicious, and it is difficult to resist eating more than one. The establishment is always clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
