I ordered tires in Maine before heading south for the winter. The tires never showed up for installation, I wasn't told until the morning of the appointment. Tried again after getting to our FL. destination. They canceled the order 5x for my "safety", There was no customer service available to help. I called many times and tried online chat and e-mailed could get any help. My capital one credit card said all was fine and it was BJ's that kept canceling the order. About 10 days later they contacted and said to put the order in and it would go through. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my membership fees. They said no problem. I've called back several times and they say different things each time without refundnding. I gave up...they cost me about 20 agravating hours I'll never get back. I never knew about their lack of customer service until now. I had been with them for many years.

This BJ's is really clean and stocked. I like how friendly and helpful the staff are!

Can I just say, if the teammates at this BJ's get any nicer I am moving in just so I can interact with them every day. I asked the young lady b hind the deli counter about sliced roast beef, not only did she slice the roast beef but she pointed out there was a coupon for it then she went and got scissors to cut the coupon out for me. Then I go up to check out I had bought a few things I also had picked up the coupon book, saved about $15. But picked up the wrong olive oil. The young man at the check out quickly sprinted to the end cap grabbed the correct on and did so without skipping a beat and had me on my way. I love this store.

On September 25th I ordered a television set from BJs that was supposed to be delivered by the end of September. When early in October it had not arrived I initiated a number of inquiries with BJs to get an in transit alert status and promise delivery date. Although I was promised updates several times I never received any, and finally on October 25th I cancelled the order and was told that the cancellation was confirmed and my account would be credited within three to five days. It wasn't. When I hadn't received a credit on October 30th I called and this time I was given a cancellation number and told that the cancellation would be credited to my account in three days. It wasn't. On November 4th I called again and none of what I had been told was apparently updated in their system, and this time I was told that an "internal ticket number" for investigation was generated and I would be given an update on November 7th. It seems that BJs wants the carrier to pay for the lost TV before they give their customer a refund on the charge! Since I ordered the TV on 25 September and it was never delivered since then in spite of my inquiries and follow ups, I made it clear I wanted a refund as I finally purchased a TV from another source. I'll be following up with my credit card company to contest the charge.

Good deals! You can save a lot - esp with their fliers. Wish it was closer and easier to get in/out of, though.

I ordered the steak, and it was a cheap cut. Cooked to desired temp. Rice was off in taste. Salad was very good.

Absolutely finished with BJ's Wholesale Club over terrible customer service. I purchased cafe lights from them online because the local store was out of stock. Needed to return to return excess (three boxes out of eight); was told by store employees the best way to return an online-purchased item was through the store because the refund was quicker. But when I did that, the store refused to refund the entire purchase price. I paid $135 and change; they refunded $128.37. The supervisor on duty told me that my shipping costs were not refundable per company policy. When I went home and looked, the policy I found said they would not pay RETURN shipping. Just disgusting, beating me out of $7 over shipping which I paid because the store was out of stock. See ya later, like never, BJ's...

Otto (Simpsons): Looks at title. False Advertising man.. Anyhoo, BJ Wholesale's is a warehouse/bulk grocery store that requires an annual membership to patronize. they specialize in multipacks of many items. They have a separate Liquor store right next door for your party needs. I dont really need their services much, but I buy meat in bulk here since it can add up quite fast at other places. I like their selection of cakes more than Publix. They have mousse cakes for around $12-13 that are pretty tasty, along with some of those cheesecake samplers and some sheet cakes. They also have a gas station that is on average 30 cents less than the basic unleaded price at nearby competing gas stations. With recent world events, I've started filling up here- I save $4-5 bucks since my capacity is only 12 gallons. If you have a SUV or big truck, it would be wise to fill gas here. The employees are nice here. I've returned stuff effortlessly and never had any incident. Cons. They used to have Nancy's spirals in the appetizer section, but they stopped carrying it in recent years. Bummer! One inherent problem with warehouse type places is that the amount of variety is less compared to WM/Target/Publix. They may have only regular flavors of certain items, but not the flavor you like. Also, they need better ready made "Grab and go" meals. They have basically some rotisserie chickens and thats it. This plaza doesn't really have any dedicated restaurants so it would be nice if BJ could step up. (There is an Indian grocery in the same plaza but thats a bit expensive plus some folks may not like that type of food.)

Poor, horrible customer service at the corporate level. It took 1 hour-3 calls before Anna gave me the information Lilian said she could not provide. I am canceling my membership after 14 years. I'm moving over to Costco. Lilian put me on hold until the BJs timed out the call and hung up.

Not impressed. Joined BJ's over Christmas because they had 2 toys I was looking for as gifts and these were the most reasonable price. But being a shopper at Costco for many years. It's hard to shop at other large whole sale clubs because Costco has such a high standard. This club was smaller, didn't have allot of organic options and not enough options. The wholesaler also has a weird return policy during COVID. They aren't accepting any so don't try anything new and only buy what you really love. I accidentally picked up some organic chicken bone broth I thought was a good value. But it was simply broth without all the proteins you'd get from a bone broth. I tried returning it and was unable to do so. Not the end of the world but a inconvenience. Decided to cancel my member ship and stick with Costco.

Terrible Service. My significant other and I were racially profiled from the cashier and the gentleman at the exit. Im a paying customer like every other decent human being. I'll keep giving my money to Costco & Sams.

I'm so so sad to write this review. I've been steering away from bad reviews. Pricing and employees 5* but... the quality of the fruits, vegetables and meat keep me embarrassed to keep complaining. They happily gave me money back for my steaks that cooked to pure fat and broccoli, mushrooms and tomatoes that were rotten the next day. I went back and spent $300 the next week and the potato salad was a week out of date. When I called to speak to management, NO ONE answered the phone for 3 days. I'm going to have to move on to SAMS. I want to shop within my neighborhood but this is going to be a hard pass.
