We drove from Orlando Florida just to try this Rota food truck. I saw the ad in TikTok this young couple put the right taste in their menu, but i personally enjoy the enjoy with my wife and friends.

Birria served with choice of cola, diet options, lemon-lime, or rose limeade. We all love it. The is plenty of parking space and choice to a bout ride rental.
They do have many Other delicious choices. The crispy fries how to forget this young couple will surprise you with the touch the have put in to their menu. Definitely I we be back again to the the rest of menu.

9743 W Hillsborough Ave Tampa Fl . Excellent smash burgers ! We ate at the food truck under a tent at a picnic table , the food was far superior to any fast food and the service was great ! The Rota truck was so cute i loved the whole experience ! We will definitely be back. It’s the best charcuterie burger I ever had in fact it’s the best burger I ever had period ! From the bun to the patty and everything in between it was incredible!
