SLOW service only two ahead of me when i order and it take the guy 20 minutes to fix their drink begore i got my drink. im sorry but for those prices i expect abit more

I love this place so much. The vibes are nice, the interior is so cute and not to mention the BOBA IS SOOO GOOD. I recommend the Viet coffee or the Thai I love them!!!

Good drink but quite expensive (around $8). Still seal but not even filled.

I love this place! The owner is so very caring and all of her staff members were great! She let us have our daughters party here and EVERYONE loved it. The place is so cute and quaint. They also catered the food and it was DELICIOUS! We had a blast! Thank you so very much for accommodating us! We will be back!!!

Absolutely love this place! I have tried a lot of drinks from their menu and a lot of them were really nice, except for the matcha drinks. I just think that their matcha powder is bland and does not have enough aroma. I would recommend the original milk tea or thai milk tea with brown sugar boba. I also love their honey popping boba.

Their service was really good. The staffs took good care of my orders. Their decoration is really cute and makes me feel so cozy.

I stopped by this place right before closing today and was completely blown away. The vibe is so cute!! and the boba tea is *next level* — perfectly balanced flavors, not overly sweet, and the brown sugar boba pearls were delicious! fresh, soft, and just the right amount of chewy. You can tell they really care about the quality of their drinks.

There was only one staff making all the drinks and the service was very quick. Mind you we came right before closing and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate/knowledgeable about their menu.

If you’re a boba fan (or even just curious to try it), this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back — and bringing friends!

The drinks are actually very good, however the customer service is horrific. It's obvious they do not like their job. Not friendly or welcoming. My family felt as if they wanted us to leave. I have been to the Dunedin location and did not have this experience. This location needs new staff.

Had a strawberry, and blueberry frappe and it was delicious. Exvatly wat i was hoping for. Great environment. And customer service is beyond my expectations. The place is clean and organized. Decoration is very feminine but warm for all. Great areas for selfies while you enjoy a delicious beverage. Has options for dietary needs. Keto, no sugar, etc. On these hot days, is a must-stop on your commute.

Crème brûlée boba will change your life! Love this place

Decent drinks (flavor), when you finally get them. Absolutely terrible service. From the time that we ordered to the time that we got our third drink which all came completely separate - 15 to 20 minutes between each drink - it was over 45 minutes. On top of that, they messed up all of our drinks. Wrong boba in the wrong drinks, ice when we asked for no ice, no foam when we asked for foam, then they said that they could not seal one of the drinks. Finally, the microwaved dumplings were tasteless without the Sriracha. We love boba and seek it out wherever we go, we rarely- if ever- remember places that we do not like, but this left an impression! A Really. Bad. Impression.

Is it normal when you buy something somewhere and you don’t like it you literally take one sip out of it that they don’t give you a refund or even exchange it for you. They only offer 50% off and make you buy another one. I will never come to this place again and I suggest you don’t either. It’s a broken down little shop at the corner of a broken down empty Plaza.

Horrible customer service, called ahead & ordered a Thai Tea over the phone & said I would be here quick when I came 10mins later she didn’t even start making the Tea. She waited until I paid to start making it when it was a pick up order & should have been made already. Then she proceeded to skimp me & not even fill my cup all the way. When I asked she said its cause I said less ice which I NEVER said I said NO BOBA. & even if someone got less ice that does not mean give them half a cup. Very stingy, cheap & greedy. Paid over $7 for a drink that was not even full yet. Dont go here, go to Token Ramen they have better quality & better service. They are racist here they only treat Asians good. The last time I came here it was buy 1 get one free & they never said nothing they just charged me for two drinks & they made my drinks after the Asian people that came after me.
