Delicious pizza, as locals on TI Britt’s is our go-to for pizza. Their gluten free crust is thin and crispy. Toppings are fresh and tasty, I especially love to add the roasted garlic.

The fact they weren’t busy on a Friday night while every other restaurant in the area was crowded should’ve been the first red flag. Was seated and patiently waited for someone to come over for 15 minutes. After at least 6 staff members walked by without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave. I can’t say anything about the food because I never had a chance to even order a drink. I also noticed the food is served in plastic take out containers. I guess the horrible service saved me from that embarrassing presentation. What a joke. It’s apparent there is a lack of pride.

This is a local joint so I try to be positive about it. I never felt welcomed for entering the premises. Nobody greets you or tells you where to sit. You eventually figure out that you need to pick your own seat while at least 3-4 waiters walk past you. Food is mostly pretty good.

New favorite pizza spot! We are locals and were worried this would be a bad tourist spot but it was very good. We got a med pizza (w pepperoni and ricotta) and a Philly cheese steak (w extra cheese), both were excellent and it was under $50 w delivery.
I ordered the marinara sauce...meatless. It was the most bland sauce I have eaten in my life. I am not a salt person...I don't require a lot of salt to make food good but this poor marinara pasta dish, even the pasta was tasteless. Same for the chicken wings. They were worse than the sauce. The restaurant was ranked #1 for pizza orders via Trip Advisor. I use this app every where I visit. We'll, I ate a piece of my husbands pepperoni cheese pizza and it was bland too. 😦 oh...we ordered bread knots...NO SALT EITHER! Here was the kicker...it was an $80 plus meal. Two people eating. It was so bad, I ate a little and threw the rest away. I did not touch the salad. I was afraid of a strike out. Maybe they should rename restaurant to NO SALT USED ON ANYTHING Restaurant. However, we called the order in and guy that helped me was extremely kind and patience. When I realized how much the order costs, that was just way too much for the quality of the meal...🙄 Sorry Britt! You missed the boat for us.😞

Good food terrible service no management or ownership. What a shame I’m a local and have been here 20 times. The food is good when the right people are working. Otherwise they are not managed and service is terrible. Nobody who works at Britts Pizza gives a hoot about what they do. The place has no management. Our pizza and salads were literally sitting at the kitchen done for 15 minutes and nobody brought the food out to us. They really need food runners. How can the people working in the kitchen make the food then look at it sitting there for 15 minutes? Because they don’t care! When I complained they put the pizza back in the oven to heat it up, BURNT IT and then served it to us. Sorry Britts that’s the last chance you get with us. Too bad because we would eat there all year when the tourist dollar is not there. What a shame Britts Pizza is a joke.

The are the Best place I ever visit on my life .The Server Man Jeff He was coming with a bad attitude.Before He ask me for drinks He was mention to me the food 🍲 is going to be ready and 45 min or 1 hr .but this was with really bad altitude that what really made me mad 😡.I said that fine yet giving to me my drinks 🥤 and He said am not going to serve you and He walk away .So what 😮 this is respect ✊??I ask Him his name and He said what is your name ?I was telling him my Name and again I ask what is your name ?He said Jeff .He never answered with respect ✊.People trie to have a good time ?this is not the place to have a good time because at the end of the day we can’t be and a place here we going to eat and relax 😎 and they giving me a bud time !!.For this reason I now expend this time to type this message this review.If the Omer’s read rbis review is real and happens today 01-17-2025 at 4:00 pm .
