To the women working the drive through window today Tuesday 7/15/25 approx. 10:30am. My family came through and spent our hard earned money to splurge and get ourselves coffee, bacon and bagel bites. We do not have extra money ech month usually but we decided to treat ourselves and our daughter. Greeted with a horrid lady that was clearly not wanting to take our order. Bacon was chewy and so bad. My daughter's bagel bites were ice cold 😞 what a disappointment dunkin! Keep an eye on your employees and make sure they are properly making the food the correct way.

I know these people are recovering, but they have a long way to go ar Dunkin. I waited 15 minutes for an online order of coffee and a dozen donuts. Coffee was cold and the donuts were the wrong order. Worst DD I've been to.

Truly the worst Dunkin out there Always out of everything. Staff always rude, they always seem annoyed and they completely lack any training. They don’t seem to get any support at all from their manager. Terrible experience both times intended this location.

This morning I went to Dunkin with my dad for breakfast. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. I get back to the place we are staying at and I see it’s on a bagel. I called the help line and they gave me points to buy a new sandwich. I was fine until after lunch I started to throw up. The first time it was lunch. Then the second time I threw up the breakfast came out. I could tell by the egg and sausage pieces. I now have thrown up 10 times and pooped 5 times with dihirea. I have food poisoning and something needs to be done.

We wanted some donuts for breakfast and Dunkin was only 8 minutes by foot from our hotel. The staff were very nice. The donuts were fresh. It didn’t take long for my wife to get her hot chocolate. It’s a cute and cozy space for a morning treat. No inside seating, so on a cold morning it can be chilly, but otherwise, very nice. Thanks!

On Sunday 3/16/25 at 9 am I waited 10 minutes to be served and saw not one order being taken so I left. I came back to see the guy who was in front just being served. It took 30 minutes.

Food was amazing, nice hot and warm, PERFECT! The staff was excellent, pretty young women with purple hair always looks happy and excited to work and the manager is always working hard to keep the flow going love this place!!! Would 100% recommend, a lot different from other Dunkin locations.
