Don’t waste your time going any more than an hour before closing! Walked up to the window and a lady with gold teeth greeted me. I told her I wanted one of there breakfast sandwiches and she told me “we close in a hour, I’m not making sandwiches.” FORREAL!?!?!? Don’t wast your time. Drive a little further north to the dunkin in Reddington beach. MUCH better service there.

Went there on vacation, wanted to surprise my family with donuts. I ordered an assortment, picked out 2, and just asked for them to pick a random assortment for the other 10. There were so many interesting, delicious looking varieties of donuts there: cake donuts, filled ones, pumpkin spice, just a ton of different choices. I got back to the hotel, opened the box, and…….. 9 of them were frosted sprinkle donuts. I asked them to pick out an assortment of 10 donuts, and they gace me 9 of the same donut. I don’t get it, it would’ve been so easy to just give me what I asked for. But no, they gave me this slap in the face instead.

Can’t complain—Treasure Island didn’t even have a Dunkin’ last year, so it’s great to finally have one. Yesterday I had a sandwich and a coffee, and both were good. This morning around 9am I stopped in again for just a coffee. The service was friendly, and you can tell people keep coming in, which says a lot.

To the women working the drive through window today Tuesday 7/15/25 approx. 10:30am. My family came through and spent our hard earned money to splurge and get ourselves coffee, bacon and bagel bites. We do not have extra money ech month usually but we decided to treat ourselves and our daughter. Greeted with a horrid lady that was clearly not wanting to take our order. Bacon was chewy and so bad. My daughter's bagel bites were ice cold 😞 what a disappointment dunkin! Keep an eye on your employees and make sure they are properly making the food the correct way.

I know these people are recovering, but they have a long way to go ar Dunkin. I waited 15 minutes for an online order of coffee and a dozen donuts. Coffee was cold and the donuts were the wrong order. Worst DD I've been to.

Truly the worst Dunkin out there Always out of everything. Staff always rude, they always seem annoyed and they completely lack any training. They don’t seem to get any support at all from their manager. Terrible experience both times intended this location.
