We wanted some donuts for breakfast and Dunkin was only 8 minutes by foot from our hotel. The staff were very nice. The donuts were fresh. It didn’t take long for my wife to get her hot chocolate. It’s a cute and cozy space for a morning treat. No inside seating, so on a cold morning it can be chilly, but otherwise, very nice. Thanks!

On Sunday 3/16/25 at 9 am I waited 10 minutes to be served and saw not one order being taken so I left. I came back to see the guy who was in front just being served. It took 30 minutes.

It's a walk-up window experience. They were short-staffed today.

Been to this Dunkin several times. Always amazed that the staff doesn't start the day wiping down the wet seats out front.

Before Dunkin was here, this used to be the best spot for coffee, called Coffee Grounds. So upset it closed and replaced with a below average coffee chain.
Slowest Dunkin' Donuts known to man and they charge you a Pinellas County Tax as well as your state tax the brown haired girl is absolutely rude

Moody staff and don't know how to smile. Most of the staff are like disgusted, having to work there and not happy making coffee and picking up donuts and pastries
In spite of that, it has a beautiful location and a cozy environment and is very close to the beach.

Always a line. Always a single person running the entire establishment. So three people means a 30-minute wait. Dunkin leadership should be embarrassed about standing behind this low quality of service for such a long period of time. This establishment has operated like this since it opened. It's basically for tourists only since they're the only ones that have upwards of an hour to wait to get a simple coffee.

They still had 20 minutes till closing. It was 3:38, but they said they couldn't make me an iced coffee because they'd be closing soon! Like huh aren't you a coffee shop.

Service is not good. Ordered a single coffee. Oder # 5110. Young lady at window started handing out order numbers 5111,5112, 5113 i asked about my order and was told she was taking care of other customers.
After waiting for almost 15min in line, I had asked for a couple breakfast sandwiches and was told NO they are not making anymore due to being behind on them, didn't think to give me a time frame and that I would probably of waited, first time at this location and won't be back
It took forever to get my food
