Great location and very accommodating. Loved the pool area and short walk to the ⛱️!
A great hotel in a great location. Excellent views of the water near lots of restaurants and bars.
Loved my stay at Fusion Resort Treasure Island! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a balcony view that was absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better and the staff made everything easy and enjoyable, especially Megan at the front desk who was wonderful.
The only small downside is that there’s no restaurant or bar on-site, but with so many great options within walking distance, it really wasn’t an issue. Overall, a fantastic place to relax. I’ll definitely be back!
Fusion was a lifesaver as we transitioned back into our home post-helene. The staff was SO helpful and was awesome that we could keep our dog with us. The rooms are so spacious!!
Our neighbors recommended Vibes, but we were bummed to find out that hurricane helene took that from them too. We will be recommending this hotel to all of our family and friends to stay at!
We stayed last weekend, and will definitely come back. The room was impressive: well quipped, great layout, and the big windows and balcony gave it a penthouse feel. Check-in was fast, the location is great.
This resort was fabulous and I highly recommend it! Check-in was friendly and professional. The suite was like an apartment and the views were amazing. I will be staying again and telling all my friends.
We had a nice girls trip at Fusion resort. Shout out to Megan for excellent customer service and help with any issue that came up.
We loved the location and view from our room. What we did not like was the master bedroom bathroom barn door does not shut all the way. There's an inch gap because the door is not wide enough to cover the opening completely. There is no way to lock it shut, and it sometimes slowly opens as you're in the restroom, so that was awkward to try to use. Also, the coffee maker is a mini 1 cup type, so the coffee grounds we brought we were unable to use. We requested to borrow a normal coffee maker, but they did not have one available.
Great stay! Beautiful and clean large suites with a beautiful view. Staff was helpful and very polite. Looking forward to come back soon!!!
It is really unfortunate as we've loved to stay at Fusion in years past. Last year, we ended up in between hurricanes. The management told the front desk staff to not pre-warn guests that the pool had salt water and fish in the pool, from the bay. And was uninhabitable. We would have rescheduled our trip. (We are always friendly to the staff and they share all the details). This year, we cannot get a cleaning person in our room to save ourselves. They came at 5pm. We turned them down. They said they would come tomorrow. Going on 4:30pm and still waiting. Two toilets clogged. We were told we would get a discount for last year. That did not happen. It is just disappointing. Management changes snd everything goes in the gutter. I get it, these are first world problems. But when you go to a boutique hotel and you are taught to expect certain standards -- based on what that hotel delivers year after year -- you expect them to remain at that high level of service and standards. It is unfortunate that Fusion could not keep up to their own standards.
Supposedly dog friendly hotel that did not clean our room because we had a dog. We would literally see the cleaning cart at one of the roomsb directly next to us, but never our room. They tried to say that they wouldn't clean the room with an unattended dog. But there was always someone there. The only service we got in our week stay was me asking more towels and toilet paper. And the night before check out they provided us with supplies we needed to clean up after ourselves. So they gave us dish soap, dish washing powder and trash bags, etc. Not toilet paper, coffee, hand soap etc. They didn't even go in the bathrooms. Just the living and kitchen areas. Still not completely turned over, which they were supposed to do on the third day and regular hotel restocking and cleaning all the other days. The manager, Richie, gave not one single care. And yes to use every excuse. The unattended dog, she wasn't. The light daily cleaning, there wasn't. They do a more thorough clean on the 3rd day, the didn't. He's have a higher up supervisor call me, they didn't. No solutions, only excuses. Not to be rude, but I already knew he wasn't going to help us from my first glance at him. But I still gave him the opportunity. The scary dog in question? A 6 month old brindle Boston terrier who still was disinterested in humans, including ourselves. She spent most of her time on the balcony. Yes the hotel allows dogs. But you probably won't get your room cleaned if you bring one.

Beautiful hotel on the water. No rooftop experience.
Overall this was an underwhelming stay.
Positives: good location and beautiful view. That being said, practically every accomodation in the area would offer these as well, so location and view alone are not sufficient to make Fusion a good choice.
Negatives: Our room was unclean (dirty floors, stained walls and crumbs/dust in surfaces, a ton of sand on our balcony upon arrival, etc.) and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. There were also only a few towels in our room, and only occasionally towels stocked by the pool. This being advertised as a resort is a joke. There is no restaurant, nothing on the rooftop, no bar, and very limited service. Also, we were there in late July and the pool was warm to the point of not being refreshing at all and honestly a bit gross. Overall would not recommend.
This is a great place to stay. Our suite was clean and the views were breathtaking. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back.
My very first thing i’d like to inform others on is to be careful of being fooled by the nice professional pictures when booking. Not to mention that this should not be called or be categorized as a resort.
Let’s start with the positive…the location. Treasure island is beautiful and the accommodations are close to the beach, restaurants and other touristy things.
The bad : cleanliness of the rooms. Floors were sticky and full of crumbs/sand. We literally walked in our sandals inside the unit until it was time for bed. No one wants crumbs on their feet. Secondly, the numerous stains on walls were shocking. This is not a good look for the “ resort complex “. Decor was outdated & furniture very uncomfortable.
We were charged a fee for “ damaged “‘towels which had makeup residues on them. When we got there we had 2 makeup removing wipes to work with. They did not replace them afterwards. Could we have got some for the last night? Sure! Could they have replaced them like any other resort or hotel would? Absolutely!.
Pool area OK. Towels were no where to be found at first. Then 40 minutes after we were waiting on the chairs, an employee finally filled them.
Although we had a great time outside of this “ resort” it was very disappointing and expected way better - especially with what they advertise.
That is all. I will definitely listen to my gut next time and rent an air bnb.
The good: Nice location. Service at the front desk was polite and they let us check in early.
The bad: Would have given 3 star if they did not advertise resort, it was far from it. Floors were dirty, so the 4 of us kept our sandals on when inside. Weird stains throughout the apt although it was a good size. Furniture was also dirty and uncomfortable. Just couldn’t get over how dirty the room was. Would not stay again
