Food was bland and lacking any flavor. Shrimp scampi pasta was served tail on? Lasagna was floating in what tasted to be straight tomato paste. Prices were higher than my uncle in the 60s. Cannot recommend.

This place gets a 5 star because of the atmosphere. I’ve never been in a more authentic feeling Italian restaurant. What a cool freaking experience. The food was good for the most part. Lasagna specifically was phenomenal. Wasn’t too incredibly impressed with the ravioli. The service was nice. But man the vibe was ON!!

Saw this place had mixed reviews but thought it was a solid Italian joint. Service was well paced for a dinner (IE quite slow), friendly. No atmosphere - no music on, other than the sound coming from a radio by the server station, only a few table (we arrived around 7pm so some folk were finishing up). Food was very good overall, I had a delicious pizza, which I got a big size and we all (4 of us) ate the leftovers for lunch the next day (still delicious). 3 of the 4 dishes were excellent. Server did forget our starter, but I will let that go because we were umming and ahing for ages about what to order and it kind of got lost in the shuffle. He owned up and said he had forgotten to put it in so fair enough. We had MORE than enough food, plus we got a delicious basket of garlic bread anyways.
Not a cheap eat, perhaps a shade overpriced, but was solid enough I would eat there again, especially for the italian-style pizza. They could work on better atmosphere.

I would give it a -5 if I could!! $35 for a 15 inch pizza that tasted like cardboard!!!!! The crust was super thin and hard. Zero flavor. I put a bunch of grated cheese on it but it didn't help!!! The only reason they've been in business for so long is because of its location -- all tourists. A total rip off!!!! Yuck!!! I wouldn't eat there for free!!

Dark ambience, waitress was very attentive. The Alfredo sauce needed something extra, but all in all, I enjoyed my meal.

Always a favorite. The atmosphere is nostalgic and the food never disappoints. This is one of our stops every year. Sometimes twice a vacation. Friendly service as always. Love Gigis.

I went to the other Italian place across the way with a half an hour before closing time and they turned me away. Fortunately, I found this Italian restaurant which is very Italian, dark, moody and very hospital. They also close in a half an hour, but they welcomed me and brought me a glass of wine!
