The red snapper special and the nut crusted grouper was fantastic... the green beans, coconut rice and goat cheese risotto accompaniments were also fantastic.
Super expensive ($48 & $52) for the tiny piece of fish we got so this will only be a special occasion place for us.

Food was DELICIOUS!! We were a party of 17 people, and our waitress Mo (Marilyn) handled the 17 guests on her own, and the attention was 10⭐️. We have only 1 minor complaint, when I called to make the reservation I asked if they have a window time that we are allow to stay on table and lady that make my reservation told me that NO time restriction, and when we got to a restaurant the manager came to me to tell me that we have 2 to 2.5 hrs to stay on the table because they have another reservation, I explained to him what I was told over the phone, and manager very rude tried to make me looks like it was my fault. At the end, he changed his attitude and was able to accomodate the other party. We were celebrating my niece engagement, and didnt reserved the private room because restaurant web page mentioned that during the month of Feb, the private room is not available.

Great food, staff, and service.

My boyfriend and I are visiting the area this week, and we were truly blown away by our experience at Middle Grounds! The atmosphere and food were incredible, we shared the mediterranean hummus, a few entrees (the fresh catch grouper and the panko crusted chicken) followed by the fresh berries and cream. We also had some very delicious cocktails, including an espresso martini and a moscow mule. Everything was amazing, and we will most definitely be back for more when we are traveling in this area. I cant’t leave this review without mentioning Ella, our incredible server who was kind, attentive, and welcoming, contributing to our overall amazing experience and 5-star review at this restaurant. We can’t wait to come back for more!!

We have arrived late in the evening, we asked at Publix for recommendations and we were told to come here. Very happy with the establishment, our server Ella, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating at any level. Food delicious, I had. Grouper dinner and my husband 9 oz filet oscar done to perfection. Superb espresso martini. Stop by and suppose great restaurant.

I would give this establishment ten stars if I could! The Dining Room is set up to buffer noise so nicely, allowing for conversation. Meghan, our Server was absolutely “over the top”! She should be teaching Hospitality Classes to Culinary Arts Students. After all of this amazing treatment, the food came. It was presented beautifully, and was delicious.

I hate the fact that I live 1200 miles from this establishment!

My dinner was amazing. I loved the option for a smaller portion as our room refrigerator already had 3 left over containers in it. The service was very friendly and efficient. The only reason I took off a star is that she didn t offer us a few options that I heard the other servers offer.

Linda was cold, unprofessional, and disengaged from the first second. No smile, no effort, no care. A simple coffee order was wrong twice, not the barista’s fault, hers. Bad days don’t excuse bad service in hospitality. This was indifference, plain and simple.

What a great meal! My husband and I are visiting from Indiana and wanted to have some delicious seafood. We were recommended this restaurant and it lived up to the hype. We went on a Wednesday which was half off wine bottles so of course we had to indulge! We tried the smoked fish spread, hubby had the Caesar salad and I had the seafood chowder to start. He got the red snapper for dinner and I got the mango grouper! Everything was delicious and Peter our server was so kind and attentive! He took amazing care of us and when he found out we were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday he brought us a special pancake dessert! We loved our meal and are already trying to see if we can get back in one more time before our vacation is over.

The food and the service were excellent. Our server, Meghan, was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were able to accommodate one of the specials to be gluten-free for my husband, and did it with a smile. If you’re looking to have dinner that meets or exceed your expectations, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here while we stayed on Treasure Island.

It’s a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly.

The fresh grouper was excellent. I had the mango nut crusted grouper , our waitress , Kristin, was excellent. She suggested the mango sauce on the side since I also wanted tartar sauce. Perfect suggestion ! The roasted potatoes and green beans were perfect. Even my ice tea was perfect !
