Trying to help businesses recover from hurricanes. But I'll never go back. Took 10 mins to place drink order & waited almost 2 hours for prime rib...you know, the thing that is already cooked! And it was not very good. Oh..and the super loud karaoke was an added delight..UGH!!! :(

Won’t go for lunch ever again. Ordered nachos. They were stale. We were asked if we wanted them warmed up??? Asked if warming would soften up chips. tended didn’t answer. Ordered wings. They were raw. Was told by bar tender that was the way he liked them. Offered to cook them more. Was then told they worry about drying them out. They were perfect when we got them back. Was asked if we wanted box for nachos, which we put to side and didn’t eat. Asked bar tender if he thought we would eat them later if we didn’t eat there because stale. When we got bill the nachos were still on bill. Needless to say we took price out of tip. Not the best experience!

Went there last night and the food was great! I usually get chicken wings and most of the time they are great! I've been going there for about 40 years. Every now and then they are not what I asked for. They apparently have new people that work there. The waitress that waited on me last night was terrible!! Never asked me if I needed anything! I ordered a rum runner with a side shot of rum and somehow it wound up on the floor! I think the waitress accidentally hit it with something she gave me! I asked for another one and she said very rudely I would have to pay for it!!! Like I said I've been going there for about 40 years!!!! Like really??? I tipped her and I shouldn't have!! It will be a long time before I go there again!!! No excuse for that!!!!

Barbie is the BEST!!! She greeted us with a big smile. was always there when we needed something!! R Bar is sooo lucky to have her!!! Will definitely go back and hope she serves us again!!!

waitress was so drunk it was crazy,,took 30 mins to get the wrong drink,,then waited 35 mins to get my change for a 100..absolute horrible service ,place was dirty

Ate here right before the devastation from Helene and am so very thankful they weathered the storm. Some of the best oysters outside of New Orleans!

I have dined at the R Bar in Treasure Island several times over the years and had good experiences. Sorry to say today's visit was different. Blackened grouper sandwich was so under cooked I had to stop after a few bites. I would have asked the waitress to take it back but she had such an attitude I didn't want to go there. She saw my food was set to the side of the table after a short time receiving it and asked if I wanted a box which I said no. One would think something was wrong only taking a few bites but she didn't say a word and took it away. I left immediately to keep my cool and had my friend pay the bill.

Bartender was too busy with her bar friends to actually be nice to us. Food...meh. Cool little place with potential but lacking the friendly atmosphere that creates great places. Suggest they read the book Raving Fans. Do better. We go to Treasure Island regularly and won't make an effort to go back here.
