A hidden gem! The location, the drinks, the bartenders, everything about this pool/beach bar will make you smile. The Bloody Mary's \\u0026 Rum Runners are definitely the specialties of the house but every drink is delicious! I also love the Bahama Mama \\u0026 the frozen drinks with delicious waffle cookie, such a great touch \\u0026 takes me right back to my childhood while also enjoying a delicious alcoholic beverage on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Weather you're a local or just visiting you should definitely check this place out, sunsets are especially beautiful!

VICKY IS THE GIRL!!!! She has a clean, efficient and fun bar. Her drinks are delicious and her personality makes her such a gem! She is the reason why my boyfriend and I love staying in Treasure Island. WE LOVE VICKY!!!

This is our favorite tiki bar on the island. Every year I travel with my best friend to this area and this is our first stop on vacation. The bartenders are so friendly and fun. The drinks are refreshing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. This is our “happy place”. Vikki and Scott are great people and are the reason we come back. Perfect beach bar.

I also love the Bahama Mama & the frozen drinks with delicious waffle cookie, such a great touch & takes me right back to my childhood while also enjoying a delicious alcoholic beverage on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We started staying at the island inn a few years ago and come back sometimes twice a year to visit . We love the convenience of the Island Girl Tiki Bar at the pool . The owners Vikki and Scott and other bartenders Scott and Brian make us feel so welcome ! We call the island girl tiki bar our happy place ! The drinks are amazing and have such a tropical feel ! We usually start off with their famous Bloody Mary’s and move on next to their famous rum runners ! We always enjoy our time there and have met many new friends just sitting at the bar or by the pool . If you are ever in the Treasure Island area or walking on the beach here make sure to stop by and grab a tropical drink , trust me you will love it and they have such a variety !!!! Also very kid friendly ! They can make yummy fruity no alcohol drinks and have a variety of ice cream and popsicles ! Beach is a few steps away from the bar and the views are amazing !!!
You go for the drinks and location Not for the food. It's slices of gas station pizza and tater tots on paper plates...Literally, lol. The frozen drinks come with dollar store cookies in them which are gross and weird. It just feels like they are squeezing every single penny for profit and serving the lowest quality everything they can get at Dollar General.They don't have enough seating and shade. Like maybe 10 barstools. Something with the vibe and offering is just off but the location is so prime. And the bartender with the southern accent is very nice. There's always only one of them working so you have to wait a really long time. Just feels like they could do so much better.

When Rick owned it it was so much better. The quality of service was better, he truly made it feel like home. Greeted everyone with a smile, built friendships, the new owners are rude and arrogant. Instead of being greeted it was "what do you want" and when my mom had mentioned that I used to work there his response was " we're not hiring" lol I would never work for this husband and wife. Rude as hell and for what!? Not to mention went to rent a cabana and their staff members there were also incredibly rude! I'm sorry but island inn beach resort has always treated locals and visitors with kindness and respect and honesty like family. These new owners clearly don't believe in good customer service and building relationships and positive memories with it's customersTo respond back to you: my apologies for thinking that was your husband. In regards to me being difficult to please that's very inaccurate, not hard to please when I order a burger or hotdog. Also along with you needing to remake me a drink. I've never ordered a margarita from the bar., As I don't drink and if I do I only will order a beer. I hate to hear your battling cancer that's not fun for anyone! I do wish you well. And do hope things get better for you!

We had frozen beverages, draft beer, and cocktails over a 6 day stay at Island Inn. Scott was our bartender each time. He was very attentive, polite, and made delicious drinks. We felt the pricing was very fair and half what we paid at a popular beach bar spot not far from here. I especially enjoyed the Mangolada and Bloody Mary. We both discussed how even if we don't stay here next time, we will be back to Island Girl Tiki Bar.
