30 minutes for a table for two, not a problem. Walked out on the beach, 10 minutes later and we were seated. It took about 10 minutes originally to interact with our server for the first time. Thank god we got the appetizer in with the drink order. Drinks arrived 10 ish minutes later and the appetizer in another 15-20. Our server didnt drop off the app so we had to wait to order. All in all, we were there for two and a half hours. I’m not sure who put coleslaw on a plate with a burger so the bun is all soggy by the time it gets to you. Basic stuff like dressing asked on the Side was actually all over a strawberry salad with literally three pieces of one strawberry in the salad. I don’t think it was a whole strawberry. I will give credit where credit is due. The burger was absolutely fantastic and the drinks were great even though one of them was wrong the first time and the second time around he figured it out. Just gets to a point in time where there’s just so much wrong, as a decent human being and you just refuse to say anything.

Went there last night for my birthday dinner...we thought. After checking in and hostess telling us it was 35 minutes, we asked if we could take a quick walk down the boardwalk. So 5 minutes out we get text that table is ready. We walk back to be informed by same hostess that it was 6 minutes ago and we would be bumped to end of wait list. We left the coupons that Bilmar gave us and left. The manager came to front desk as we were telling the front desk person and profusely apologized. He said he'd take care of us and took us back and sat us. He said our waiter would be there quickly. After talking with him for another 5 minutes and then waiting another 10 for waiter to come and wait on table behind us that was sat after us, we left. Poor experience. Went across street to Ricky Ts and had great service and food. This Sloppy Joe's appears to be just the tourist trap restaurant. Don't go don't go!

We were seated in a dark spot where you couldn't even see the food but the worst part of our visit was fried fish and French fries were served In a bowl !! Yes a freaking bowl , who ever thought of serving fish in chips in a bowl should be fired on the spot ! I have never seen anything so stupid in all my life and will not be eating here anymore . Sloppy Joe's has really gone down hill . News flash bowls are for salads and soups not fish and chips and fries !!!!!

We were visiting from NY and one of my favorite meals as a kid was sloppy joes, so naturally we had to stop here and I'm glad we did! We had a couple of giant frozen drinks and my son had "the best fish in his life", I had to try the world famous sloppy joes and it was delicious! Our server was great, I think her name was Kayla or Carly, it was a c or k name I can't remember lol

Blackened Chicken Alfredo was awful..Alfredo sauce very watery and the fettuccine was under cooked..Waitress did not come back to see if our food was OK but she was friendly.

What a great place to watch the boardwalk while enjoying a cocktail! My server was amazing and very accommodating. (I didn't catch her name. Hopefully, if she sees this-thank you!!!) It got rather warm while I killed some time waiting to leave for the airport. She found an umbrella which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The chicken broccoli fettuccine Alfredo was super yummy, too!!!Parking: Complimentary valet! Super nice amenity!

Not impressed at all. The whole place smells like old oil and trash. The food was mediocre at best. We paid over $100 for 2 people and it was not at all worth it.

I just grab drinks while beachside, but one day I’ll stop and eat and leave a more detailed review. All I can say now is the bartenders are great!

Great atmosphere with tables right on the beach. Service was friendly, prompt and excellent all around. Unfortunately, the breakfast food was really disappointing. Very confusing, frankly. Yogurt bowl had like a tablespoon of yogurt. Pancakes served with pre-packaged syrup. Really unfortunate considering the staff were so nice.

Megan did a great job waiting on us. Food was good. My fish and chips were not even close to the photo in the menu. It was served in a bowl, which made it hard to break apart and eat. The bowl kept tipping over. The fish was a good size and tasted great when it came out, as did the fries. Towards the end, the last 3rd of the fish...the breading separated from the rest of the fish. Lettuce on the bottom elevated it a little, but fries that were under the fish were a little soggy at the end with the lettuce. Coleslaw was in a smaller cup than the picture, but tasted very good. Would have liked a bottle of beer instead of draft, but wasn't asked and I did not say bottle. My wife had a surf and turf burger and it was good. The price was almost $60 for 2 drinks and 2 entrees, so not crazy.

Sat down at 7:45 this evening, Great sunset, Leafs game just about to start....it was a beautiful thing...At 8 o'clock, the band started up, with a really bad, really LOUD hard rock cover on a Poisen song. We had to cancel our order and walked out...and we were not the only ones. Come SJ's...why you got to ruin a great night like that for?

First time going there. Kinda hard to find. But the low rating is strictly because every time we would order something they were out of it. Kind of a bummer. Order 2 Cubans, they only have stuff for one, ordered the bomber bites and they were out, ordered a side of broccoli and they were out but ran to get some. The one cuban we did get was awesome. The flounder bites were great. I got the surf n turf burger and one of my buddies got another burger; great burgers but the patties were quite small. Smaller than the actual buns so that was kind of a let down. Our server was absolutely awesome and made the whole food let down situation feel better. I think her name was Ebony, she was awesome. Service was quick and good. We sat on the back patio deck and the view was great. We will for sure be back to try it out again, I just hope they have their full menu available.

Excellent clam chowder and pulled pork. Valled coleslaw, beach coleslaw. Mothing special to it. Homemade chips just ok. Recommend eating inside if you don't care for birdsBlack birds soar down to try and get your food. Could be considered entertaining. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating.
