Buffet is small compared to buffet-centered restaurants but it's great. Salad bar, fried chicken, multiple meat options and soups, or delicious barbecue options made to order. One of the best options to eat anywhere near the Alachua/Gilchrist county line.
I have eaten at this establishment many times. The food is good and there is a lot of seating. One of the things to be aware of is that the pricing can be a bit high for certain items like the salad bar for $13.99. This would not be a place I would go for a vegetarian option. They also have a great variety of BBQ sauces. If you are in Trenton this is a place you can stop by for dinner. Then across the street is an ice cream place.
Sorry, I never give anybody all 5 stars. People won't believe you. BubbaQues has always been good food and good service. Every time we've been. I blame them because my wife is addicted to their brisket. We go in the area for business, and she's getting her favorite brisket. Yes, I'm bad about photos because I'm eating.
