Third time coming hear still slow still cold food and stale fries, the people are nice but that doesn’t excuse five minutes for a cold burger and fries that taste like they were made the day before. If they can’t fix this then just close it please.

I stopped to get a #6 on sourdough instead of a bun. It came out unusually fast, for something that needed to be made fresh.. So I get home and realize not only were the fries old and rubbery, but my mushroom and Swiss was clearly just swapped from a bun to cold sourdough bread. It was pretty gross, honestly. I wouldn't even let my dog eat it. The girl at the window was very friendly, however the cook should be cleaning toilets until they know how to be at the grill. DO BETTER Hardee's!

I ordered the new BLT Frisco Angus burger, and it was very dry. The lettuce was old and brown. The service was very slow. I was not impressed at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would (Your Stupid Opinions podcast). I purchased two hamburgers. They had to prepare them. When I left, I ate the first one. It was so cold, it was like eating something that had been on the counter for a couple of hours. I ate them because they are too expensive to just throw away. First time thereand last time.

Just drove through the drive thru today ordered a double cheese burger it was pathetic cold as ice I threw it in the trash.
