Terrible service I’m sure it’s not always bad but when I pay for an item to have something extra i usually expect it have the extra. Very rude staff but this place has been continuously going downhill for awhile.

Absolutely terrible, manager Daniel and general manager of the store extremely disrespectful becuase she could not hear the code properly through there drive thru speakers, so we drove around, then Stated if they accepted our order now at the window it would put there drive through times behind, so we would need to drive around AGAIN and attempt to place the order via the speakers that THEY could not hear us through. When asking for the general managers name, we were told they could not give out personal information, mind you shes wearing a name tag 🤦♀️ there's a reason they work at McDonald's

Horrible place we sat at front counter for 10 mins no one took our order. Food came out raw and missing half our food. Management team was cussing and bullying coworkers we went to see our friend who worked there and the manager was bullying him and he said sum back and she threatened to send them home..

This not one's I usually see here ...these was the smallest hotdogs iv ever seen ...for 5$ a piece and 4$ for what would be small for most places ..no lid no straws...now I tip 11$ .dollars ...which covered all her cost for the supplies...I never will recommend them or use this food trailer again...even if it's last place to eat at ...I don't want my money back I know people need make a living but ...go digger with your dogs or stop and get job this not going to work

I called and asked for chicken wings and they said no but I got your number I just moved back from California and I’m new kinda and the McDonald’s in California had chicken wings on the weekends

Last time we came they Told us when I tried to order 15 mcdoubles and 15 McChicken a that I had to call and order those in advance! And refused service!! Tonight I ordered at the kiosk 2 mcdoubles and 1 mcchicken.. I paid at the counter and began to wait. It took 34 minutes to get the order and it was only after I asked for a refund I finally got it! The girl waiting for a frap that ordered before me waited 22 minutes and only ordered a drink! They bump the orders off the screen to meet there time frame for order but in reality every order no matter what takes 20-45 minutes to get! I would understand if they were short staffed but, there were like 8 or 9 people in the kitchen plus the customer service crew! You can observe alot in 34 minutes! To top it off... when we finally got the food, IT WASN NOT EVEN HOT!
