Reservation delayed 25 minutes. Restaurant ran out of some menu items and food was mediocre. Many of the issues were because the restaurant was very busy. Will try again on a less busy day.

I have never experienced a two hour wait for my food, and the waitress did not come back after she delivered my salad until she delivered the full meal. She also brought my husband a coffee without asking if he wanted cream or sugar and left before he could tell her. We both ordered the grouper, and it was definitely the worst I've ever eaten in Florida. The asparagus was tough, also. The waitress brought me a 9 ounce wine and left immediately, not returning for over an hour, so I paid $13.30 for a glass of wine that was not the $8.50 wine I ordered. I have been eating at Bonefish Grill since 2005, and this is by far the worst meal I have ever had. The manager was not available or I would have let him/her know. I would like a call from the restaurant.

If you are a vegan or vegetarian or have a special diet lincluding gluten free. do not go to bone fish. The chef absolutely will not accommodate you in anyway nor will there be a exception to cook you veggies together. ((which is the only thing to eat broccoli, spinach, and asparagus which is an upcharge)). I was charged for each veggie individually. The only reason I went to bone fish I was invited to a birthday party. I would never go there again. When they asked the question above about the service I was referring to the waitress. She was excellent. I apologize I did forget her name.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Megan at Bonefish Grill. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations, checked on us at all the right times, and genuinely made us feel welcome.
Our food was excellent, but Megan’s service is what truly elevated the entire experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. Customer service like hers is rare these days. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be asking for Megan!
