I ordered take out last evening (Feb 14, 2025) the food was cold, sent bang bangs back for hot ones. Pasta/shrimp in wine sauce, there was no sauce and the shrimp were popcorn. Terrible Valentine for us. I think this is maybe my last visit to this establishment!

AMAZING! This place is known for the Bang Bang Shrimp, but we decided to attend a 5 course special event they were putting on with martini pairing. Whew, every single dish was delicious. Especially the large lumps of lobster in the soup and crab on top of our steak. Each drink was a well crafted cocktail and perfectly designed to enhance the flavors of the meals. The final gingerbread one for dessert was incredible. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or even just drinks and appetizers at the bar. You will not be disappointed in the quality of your meal or service. For a "chain" restaurant, this place provides that unique atmosphere you're looking for to enjoy a fantastic meal out.

Our experience today was not so good. We ordered the special snow crab a pound. They’re bright orange looks good, but however, they were fishy smelling…. Send also to green beans that we specifically ask if they would come out al dente the mashed potatoes came out cold the end they tried to take care of us the best they could wasn’t really great for the $80 we spent plus 22% tip…
It was great. They had so many fish dishes. I had a hard time deciding on what I had. I had the mahi mahi.

On 11/30/24, my husband and I enjoyed an after Thanksgiving dinner here. Billy was our server and he was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly! We are retired F&B people from the convention business and know great service and quality. Kudos to Billy and Bonefish!!

Brooksville location...Always good and if it isn't they make it better. Update, went to the Trinity location. Several things were not satisfactory. Our lettuce on the Caesar salad was less than fresh and brussel sprouts were tough. I asked to have it taken off our bill. The manager asked me about it and I told him. He replied by telling me the laterwas in the middle. What? Bonefish can serve food that is substandard? When did that start? When I questioned him later he shrugged it off as whatever. I'm told him I won't be returning. Again got a whatever. On a good note our bartender was excellent. Shout out to Kehaulani!
