I always say if the realtor lives there it must be fantastic! Have lived in pasco county since 1979 and we have chosen to live here for the past 15 years! ❤️🏡
I was a guest to play golf, course was great for being near the end of February. After golf, went into the clubhouse for dinner. Staff was great and food was very good.
They bully children and yell at them not to fish which is constitutionally protected in our state they need to be sued out of existence
A friendly community with well-maintained amenities and golf course. The 55+ gated community is a value. HOA fees are reasonable. We moved here last summer. Moving from a waterfront condo community we wanted to continue to have our lawn and landscaping maintained by the community.

We went to a wedding there last night and it was absolutely wonderful!! Everything was set-up just perfectly! The inside bar was well-staffed and no one had to wait long at all for a drink, there was a photo station set-up inside as well, which was fun! The porch had all of the tables ready for the guests and the area where the bride and groom said their vows was visible to all. The buffet food station was perfect, with a little spot onnthe side to sign corks and submit them.to the couple as a keepsake. The cake was displayed beautifully and there was plenty of room inside to hear the short toast-speeches delivered by the groom's brother and others. Finally, the dance floor was perfect size and was situated off and away from the eating area, with the DJ, lighting and music selections complementing the mood for the celebratory event. It was just perfect!! You did a wonderful job - thank you for a special afternoon!! Congratulations to Nannette and Cliff!!!! ??
Lunch was great. We had pressed Cuban sandwiches and fries. Yum!
Amazing place
This is a really great venue. There is a large event room with a very large stage. There is also a restaurant in the building. They have community dances with live music on Friday nights.

Elegant dinning, presentation, and world class service at reasonable prices. Million dollar view of pool, ponds, and fountains.
I attended an award ceremony at this location recently. I'll start with the positives...it was beautiful on the outside and inside. There was a really nice waitress and there was a bar available to buy drinks. Now for the negatives...the glasses were all dirty (not just water spots). We asked for new glasses and the waiter acted very insulted and snapped back at us, that they're just water spots. They were dirty, greasy spots, and fingerprints on them. We were very polite and hesitant to even bring it up. They seemed very overwhelmed. We had a buffet with a couple options, but I didn't like anything to be honest. The pudding was the best thing and that was supposed to be desert. They offered chicken strips, fries, mac&cheese, salad, chicken marsala, mixed vegetables. Everything lacked seasoning and the chicken tenders were extremely overcooked! I was really disappointed since the place looked so nice. It tasted like hospital food or a nursing homes food. I enjoyed the drinks, but they were just basic bar drinks.
Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed their food
Parking: Plenty of parking
Very nice clubhouse. Lots to do. Great adult community with adults at play.
