Ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico and it was delicious. Ready and hot when I went to pick it up, and the lady at the counter was pleasant and greeted me with a smile upon entry. I can def tell the difference between this and other pizza places like Dominos, as this is a cut above the rest.

I am a regular customer. I ordered to large pizzas. Pepperoni and cheese, with two 2 liter Pepsi. When I arrived to pick up the food. The guy charged me $75. He says, it's two speciality pizzas. But after I confronted him about the order. He refunds a small amount back to my card. I called another store to ask about the cost, it was under $45. The associate try to overcharge me to pocket the money. Customers beware of this associate.

Terrible worst pizza I have ever ordered. The lack of care is astounding. The guy who was working was very rude. The pizza did not have cheese on it only bread. I work for a pizza place myself this should have been remade.

The guys is a huge dickead about warmer bags for his take out orders. I've explained multiple times i have a heatbox in my car meanwhile his slop he's handing out has an under 4 star review. Focus on for priorities of making good food. Let me the 5 star delivery driver worry about heated bag.... BTW I have a heated box in my car to keep things warm for customers. I don't need your attitude or dollar store pizza warmer bag.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Melinda was extremely rude and disrespectful, she refused to give me the food that my daughter ordered and paid for already and she started yelling and cursing at me as I was leaving!

Thursday 1/2/25 at 10:05 pm I called Marcos Trinity to order pizza for a group of us who were at Escape having beer and wanted something to snack on. The website says they are open to 11 pm but when I called she said they were closed. I shared the website said 11 but she was apologetic and shared that it needed to be updated and was sorry. We hung up and an “oh well I guess no pizza.” Guess what…she called me back and said “hey I’m here for another 30 minutes and can make you a pizza if you can be here in 15 minutes.” Absolutely! I didn’t get her name but she saved three very hungry people who needed a snack! Thank you to the Marcos Pizza angel who kindly baked a thin crust old world pepperoni pizza at 10:15 pm!! You brought customer appreciation to the next level!
