Terrible worst pizza I have ever ordered. The lack of care is astounding. The guy who was working was very rude. The pizza did not have cheese on it only bread. I work for a pizza place myself this should have been remade.

The guys is a huge dickead about warmer bags for his take out orders. I've explained multiple times i have a heatbox in my car meanwhile his slop he's handing out has an under 4 star review. Focus on for priorities of making good food. Let me the 5 star delivery driver worry about heated bag.... BTW I have a heated box in my car to keep things warm for customers. I don't need your attitude or dollar store pizza warmer bag.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Melinda was extremely rude and disrespectful, she refused to give me the food that my daughter ordered and paid for already and she started yelling and cursing at me as I was leaving!

The manager at this location is extremely rude and unfriendly, even cussed at me. Very unprofessional, would not recommend spending money at this location as it’s apparent they don’t care.

Thursday 1/2/25 at 10:05 pm I called Marcos Trinity to order pizza for a group of us who were at Escape having beer and wanted something to snack on. The website says they are open to 11 pm but when I called she said they were closed. I shared the website said 11 but she was apologetic and shared that it needed to be updated and was sorry. We hung up and an “oh well I guess no pizza.” Guess what…she called me back and said “hey I’m here for another 30 minutes and can make you a pizza if you can be here in 15 minutes.” Absolutely! I didn’t get her name but she saved three very hungry people who needed a snack! Thank you to the Marcos Pizza angel who kindly baked a thin crust old world pepperoni pizza at 10:15 pm!! You brought customer appreciation to the next level!

If I could give 0 stars I would easily do so. STORE HOURS ARE SHOWN AS 11PM. My order WAS TAKEN AT 9:58, and estimated to be ready by 10:19PM. Confirmation email received and everything, when I arrived at location lights off, doors locked, ALL CLOSED UP. This is not a proper way to conduct business and this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

This location gets zero stars the worst customer service food is nasty. They made my order with pork. I don’t eat pork they refuse to remake or refund. Sean has terrible. Customer service will never eat at Marco’s locations ever again.

First time order, it wasn’t difficult but what we got was seriously undercooked! The onions and mushrooms were raw and the cheese not even melted. This might be one of the worst yet most expensive pizza deliveries we’ve experienced. Sadly! Not like to ever recommend!

We picked up 2 of the best pizzas around the area yesterday.. the world's and HSN with pinafore...extra cheese was perfect. As busy as the store employees were, service was amazing and our pizza was awesome. Soooo good. You guys didn't skip a beat ..under so much pressure from half of town preparing for Milton, your store exceeded my expectations. Thank you and be safe
