If I could give 0 stars I would easily do so. STORE HOURS ARE SHOWN AS 11PM. My order WAS TAKEN AT 9:58, and estimated to be ready by 10:19PM. Confirmation email received and everything, when I arrived at location lights off, doors locked, ALL CLOSED UP. This is not a proper way to conduct business and this SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

This location gets zero stars the worst customer service food is nasty. They made my order with pork. I don’t eat pork they refuse to remake or refund. Sean has terrible. Customer service will never eat at Marco’s locations ever again.

First time order, it wasn’t difficult but what we got was seriously undercooked! The onions and mushrooms were raw and the cheese not even melted. This might be one of the worst yet most expensive pizza deliveries we’ve experienced. Sadly! Not like to ever recommend!

We picked up 2 of the best pizzas around the area yesterday.. the world's and HSN with pinafore...extra cheese was perfect. As busy as the store employees were, service was amazing and our pizza was awesome. Soooo good. You guys didn't skip a beat ..under so much pressure from half of town preparing for Milton, your store exceeded my expectations. Thank you and be safe

If you wish to deal with greedy uptight owners then this is the Marcos Pizza for you! Otherwise I would highly recommend trying the Hudson location instead :)

The service here was absolutely terrible. I wish I would have went to chucky instead that’s how bad it was (the pizza) I’ve never had a terrible experience like this at a Marcos there normally excellent but this location is terrible I wouldn’t it feed to my dog the employ’s were so incredibly rude and should be ashamed feeding people the pizzas they send out I was very kind just to basically have the pizza box thrown in my face (metaphorically).

Terrible decision to take out food from this establishment. Order online at 8:30, app kicked me out so called and was told 15 mins. Arrived at 8:50 and the kitchen staff was yelling at each other. Asked about my order, heard it had to be remade because of a mistake, no response from any employee, I just overheard this. Still waiting at 9:10, no one is telling me what’s going on. Asking for a refund. Being ignored standing at the counter

Terrible customer service. Went in to pick up an order and asked about a policy to get yelled at by the manager. She was on the phone prior to another associate tending to me and I heard her say how they were frustrated and short staffed to then shortly yell at me for asking a question and kicking me out of the store. If you can’t handle being short staffed and you’re gonna take it out on customers maybe you should find a different career.
