The $55 sirloin bundle to go for four was fantastic. You get four steaks, four servings of two sides, a family size Caesar salad, or house salad and a loaf of bread. It was fantastic.

Two stars. We ordered the $28.95 Ribeyes, three of them. We ordered med-rare and got undercooked, fatty, gooey and stringy horse meat. Never going back! There's way too many other places.
The service was good. Atmosphere good. No wait time. Spacious seating. We didn't go for that, we went for the steaks. We got screwed.

We have been to other locations, and very pleased, with the food and service. When we went to the location on Hwy. 54, it started bad by just walking in the door. The young man, who was to seat us was on his cell phone, not the company’s phone, ignored us, so I sat ourselves! This kid had the rudeness, to tell me that was not acceptable, so in the future wait to be seated. I told him that being on his personal phone and being rude, I, as a customer will not tolerate that. It took 25 minutes before our server Erin D. Came and took our drink order. Food was over cooked. It was just a horrible time. We will not return.

Just got another ugly order to go from Outback. We order out at least three times a week. In addition, we always tip at 20%.We have had previous bad experiences here but tried again. We submitted an order at 5 PM with a scheduled pick up time of 6:15 PM. However, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a $20 hot sandwich, the potato soup as well as a salad. The sandwich look like it was cooked an hour earlier and left under the heat lamps. It was completely dried out, disgusting to the eye and not edible! All I could do was throw it in the trash. The soup was ice cold. The fact that an employee looked at this meal, packaged it and gave it out for human consumption is scary. Makes me wonder what other quality issues go on in this restaurant.

My mom and her husband were in town and we decided to grab dinner after waiting on a grocery order that happened to get into a crash so I want to add that we were starving by the time we made it here. Host staff was a little short with us and implyed it would be 30 mins b4 seating which we didn't really mind because we were expecting decent food. The 1st thing was it took 4 ever to get the drinks to come, restaurant was busy so I didn't even mind at the time. Appetizer was brought by along with bread. The coconut shrimp was over cooked. When the food did finally arrive my husband's burger wasn't what he thought he ordered and up until that point our server Piper was very polite & nice. She got super offended huffing and puffing that that's what he ordered sorry not sorry basically and she's lucky my parents were there because I'm not normally this chill.... another server brought my husband what he actually wanted with a smile. My food was absolutely horrible. My ribeye looked like it came from someone's trash and it tasted sour. I didn't eat it but also didn't want to be a table causing problems so I didn't say anything... once I arrived home and got my groceries I couldn't even put them away because I spent an hour in the bathroom shi**ing my brains out. It's gross I KNOW. My entire family had the bubble guts and I was holding the bathroom up !!! I'm actually still experiencing stomach cramps!!!!! My husband and I used to own a restaurant so we KNOW this place isn't taking proper food handing rules. So much cross contamination and people not washing their hands. Please fix this before more people get sick and have to call out of work due to illness by your staff! Please have a meeting regarding proper food handling due to this review. I hate to leave a bad review but this place left me feeling like BOOBOO ! If I could rate 0 🌟 I would. Do NOT recommend EVER.

This was the best experience I have had out at a restaurant in a very long time! The food was delicious. There were six of us and every single person had an incredible meal even the kids meal steak was Devine. The chef is amazing. I highly recommend this place. I will be returning. The waiter named Jay was very attentive and they were packed. He did an amazing job! We had to wait like 40 minutes but it was so worth it! Cannot say enough good things about our dinner tonight!

Kid-friendliness: So good with the kids and even gave them a Christmas koala!!!
