Our Server was Casey Wynn, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this experience, which was made extra special by Casey. She was a great personality, and did a fabulous job. All Kudos to her, thank you Casey.
Aubree helped me order over the phone and was extremely helpful. I had a large, confusing order, and on top of that I was using a gift card, and she handled everything with grace. I greatly appreciate her kindness and patience with me, and I hope I get the chance to enjoy her services again. They don’t make hospitality people like Aubree anymore! Outback is different from what it used to be. The food was average, and the dining room was old and dated. The service was just ok. It was a great chain back twenty years ago.

Made an online order for a bloomin onion and a reg. burger. The onions center was full of uncooked batter and the burger patty was 1/2 the thickness it use to be. I was really looking forward to an awesome meal. I haven't eaten here since before covid. Sorry to say I won't be doing it again.
We came for Easter dinner. The service was fast. We had a wonderful waitress named Kimmy, who was very good and the food was delicious as usual.

They had four tables occupied when we arrived but made us wait. When we were finally seated the made us sit a the bar even though the restaurant was empty. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 9 miles to Palm Harbor if you want the real Outback experience.
