Workers are eating while on the line, not washing their hands, pulling food off of the line and eating it. Manager was just standing and talking about his personal life. The soda screen are full of greasy fingerprints, table and floors are filthy. Not a single person has gloves on. This is against food code and really needs to be addressed. 12:40 guy came from smoking outside and went right to his station. Not washing his hands and prepping orders. This place was NOT busy on black Friday at lunch time, customers should take this as a warning. Now it's a waiting game to see if I get sick.

I ordered a four piece grilled chicken meal with broccoli. They charge me extra for the broccoli and literally gave me four pieces of broccoli and only two pieces of chicken. I did not realize till I got home.
