This establishment is really wonderful. You can't help but thinking it must be one of the healthiest places to eat, for a number of reasons. Most obviously, the ingredients are spectacular and the taste shows. The options available are on par with anything anyone could ask for. Thanks for such a great option!!

Evening of 9/19/2025 We ordered online while shopping nearby, planning to take our food to go. When we picked it up, we decided to dine in instead. The person at the front greeted us right away with a smile and was so accommodating about the switch—just genuinely friendly all around.
The food, as always, did not disappoint. In fact, we found ourselves talking about how consistently good it is during the meal. When we left, the same team member thanked us again for coming in, which really stood out. Walking back to the car I told my wife, “Wow—good food and good service, I love this place.”
Our daughter pointed out that service is “their job,” but honestly, at most chain restaurants these days the trash is overflowing, tables are dirty, and employees look miserable. That’s never the vibe here. It’s clean, welcoming, and the staff seems to genuinely care. Great food paired with great service—that’s what keeps us coming back.

This place is shocking to me. They give you a build your own bowl option but proteins are not included in the price as if the audience for a place like this isn’t coming here to find something to fit their macros or be healthy etc. so they upcharge the crap out of it. I paid $30 for a build your own that I ordered on the screen with no associates help and there was no option to not tip, I had to tip 10% minimum for service I didn’t get which shocks me also. Personally I don’t prefer to hand out my hard earned money to someone who just smiles at me when I walk in, otherwise I’d be broke because most of the state does that when i go out in public. Then I got the food and it was very bland so I had to add obscene amounts of salt to it, which was okay for me but how is my boyfriend going to open up his quesadilla and add salt to it? At that point it’s more work than it’s worth just to enjoy your food. So the food was just overpriced and bland. Not to mention I got like a tiny half cup of the tzatziki sauce for my order which I thought was goofy after I spent $30 on one dish that they were so stingy. I feel like I just got price gouged for everything + service that I didn’t get considering I made my whole order myself. Weird how it’s so popular. Not my cup of tea personally. Definitely will make the trip to sweetgreen vs this any day. They give you complimentary bread and great in person service. :) They have great flavor too, all worth the price for me and the drive.

The clerks here are always SO nice! The food is always delicious and spot on, we see a lot of take out mistakes at other places but here we always have our utensils, we always have our extra sauces, and we always get greeted with a smile.
