Its 5pm on Saturday January 10th, 2026. I stop in to get my daily Shaken Espresso, put it in as a mobile order and i order Extra Caramel Crunch topping on my drink. Well after waiting 15 minutes for my drink, i see the employee (one of the 3 males working, skinny with a goatee) finishing my drink and he doesnt put any crunch topping on my drink, so i asked before he put the lid on, if he could put the crunch topping on, he looks at me with a dirty look, goes to grab the crunch topping slams the ice lid in the process gives 2 little shakes aggressively and then hands me my drink with an attitude and cold foam all down the side of it. I spend extra money on the toppings that go on top of my drink, so when i ask for the thing that i pay money for and i get an attitude like im an inconvenience to the employee, its kinda mind blowing. The guy who was working is completely unprofessional and gives your establishment a bad look. You might wanna explain to your employees that when people pay for something, they expect to get it, with out the worker being a dick about it. This will be the last time i come to your Starbucks and spend my money.

I went the other day to this Starbucks stoped in real quick and had the pleasure of having Ellie as our cashier and she was amazing she helped us out with us not knowing what we wanted and was so sweet in the process I usually have bad experiences at Starbucks but she was truly really helpful and amazing

Normally I would give this location 5 stars because they do make great drinks, it's clean, it's friendly, and it's pretty efficient given the amount of business they do. I will say on this occasion the attention to detail slipped. My wife ordered a hot chai latte and received an iced chai latte. For me, that wasn't the worst part. We did personal cups... I handed them each one individually and stated what drink goes in the cup. I ordered an iced drink and she ordered a hot drink but they prepared two iced drinks. The reason it matters is my wife is allergic to nickel and my cup is a Stanley that is nickel in the lining and hers has a ceramic lining. So that was basically a waste. So really 3 short comings as far as attention to detail on this one visit. The person at the window seemed distracted. I will say, this isn't reflective of the norm which is why I didn't dispute this. I did have a better experience today vs yesterday.

What over 40 min employees had no response or ask who i was there for they all need to be retrained in customer service. At least they ciuld have gave me a time line so i could decide to cancel the delivery. Store was extremely busy cars around building and lobby was full of customers but they should still acknowledge there delivery drivers at the bare minimum, or do not do uber and door dash orders during busy season.

Shout to Ellie who works here! She is truly the sweetest worker I’ve ever met. Even though it was packed she still made an effort to have a good conversation and make me laugh! I got the iced gingerbread chai as well and it was delicious!
