I have forgotten just how good steak and shake is. The burger was amazing and comparable to the higher end restaurants. The large fries was more than enough and all for under $10. Will definitely be going back. Need to be reminded of how good the milkshakes are.

The food is always good, however I gave a three stars and a zero stars for service because even though they made our food and it was great The only time a person spoke to us was when we first came in they said hello welcome in. And when they called my name to get our food.
Steak 'n shake used to be a wonderful atmosphere with wonderful service and in the drive-thru yes I had always gotten great service, a very happy somewhat nostalgia atmosphere and it's been replaced with what most other places are like as well with technology and not very much of actual people it seems like nowadays unfortunately. But even the drinks is all through technology now, you scan your barcode it lets you get one cup from by the drinks before it locks and then you have only maybe 30 seconds to get your drink before it cuts off.

Today was our first time at this location and we loved it. We were welcome by Ash who was very attentive and ready to help us. The place is clean , the food was delicious and fresh and the service was 100/10! I would say it’s the Chick-fill-A for hamburgers. We will definitely be Back!!

Steak n shake used to be the place people went to for cheap service. NOW... this place has become the exception. Workers are very friendly, attentive, and always working/cleaning.
Bad prices 4 meal deal is a joke. Food is way way too greasy. Taking a paper towel to dab all the grease at the bottom of the ba, ewww.

The service at this steak and shake was exceptional! Even though steak and shake has changed to ordering with kiosks we were greeted after entering and a gentleman offered to help if we needed any assistance. The food and shakes were delicious as always but I really wanted to leave a good review because one of the staff members named James was especially kind to my daughter and I. I really appreciate people like him. He was kind and seemed to be very enthusiastic about helping everyone.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for the first time. We were very excited being that we’re new to this particular chain. I have a severe allergy to tomatoes so I did order mine without ketchup. The order came out wrong which was fine, my boyfriend loved his! We did call in and Alicia, the manager, seemed super accommodating and said to come back in for a free meal, and a milkshake! However tonight we decided to come back and after mentioning it not only did she not remember the encounter, she was very rude and only offered to cover the one sandwich. We asked about the milkshake and were completely ignored. After getting home the order still is incorrect. Super disappointing and would recommend any of the other locations locally.
