As if being in the hospital with a family member wasn't enough HARRY working closing shift on Tuesday april 15th was a nightmare . First we came down for some food and I asked if there was soup and he acted as if he didn't hear me and never answered my question ... he then continued to make the food with a terrible attitude. Then my sister and I went down for a second time where my sisters card kept declining (unsure why because the funds were available) so we explained that she used a bank that is closed so we have to cancle the order and he ignorantly gave her a nasty look while he tossed her food into the trash then we asked when the manager would be in and he said he is the manager meanwhile his name tag clearly said store associate I don't understand if it was going to be tossed in such a way and wasted why not just give it to her ? HAVE A LITTLE SYMPATHY YOU WORK IN A HOSPITAL.! we will be calling the manager to make sure his attitude is recognized by not only customers but his manager as well . đ

Terrible subways owners donât do anything drinks are always out so they force you to grab a fridge drink and force an up charge. Ask for a side of cheese they said I have to buy something I try to buy a churro and they switch up a say it needs to be a sandwich like seriously. Also skippy on the meat

Of course you can see the difference between advertising and how they really make it. I asked the guy, âwhy donât you make it like the photoâ. He said âBecause this is how they tell us to make itâ. Yet youâre eating so much dried bread. Their prices are ridiculous compared to what it was and they canât even make you a quality product.

Yes, itâs inside the hospital. I was admitted not long ago and was extremely hungry from not eating over 24 + hrs. I inquired with my nurse on what I could get that late at night, she said Subway. I can remember when I stayed in a Subway restaurant collecting stamped cards. Many years have passed and things are different. I was blessed to have something in my stomach. I wouldnât personally visit this location to order.

I placed an order online and it navigated me to the hospital. I asked a lady if she could help me cancel because I was not able to get into the hospital to receive my order. BIG SCAM donât order here.
This place is below garbage standards....Not only was there a moldy zucchini in the sandwich...the other sandwich, a tuna sandwich, tasted like spoiled fish...Never go to this place.

I placed the order via Subway app and the navigation led me to the Hospital. I drove 15 minutes to get there and another 20 minutes trying to find it and get inside to pick up my order because nobody was answering the phone. Finally someone picked up and told me that I cannot pick up my order because it is inside the hospital and the security will not let me inside. All other restaurants got closed already during that time. Ridiculous!

Being a heart patient, I have to avoid bread. Refused to sell me a meatball sub without the bread. I could have purchased the entire thing and threw it away, but I didn't want to waste anything. It's a shame, always loved their food.
