food was awful. ordered 2 calzones. simple food. dough. ricotta, mozzarella and ham. dough took up 80 percent of calzone. no mozz in it, ham was smoked. which it shouldn't be and isn't listed as, and they put all kinds of herbs and parm on top. whole thing tasted like shit. worst calzone I have ever had. through was 80 percent of it. other 20 percent was 90 percent dough. not worth it. food was awful.

Literally just got a pizza tonight and it's probably the most bland boring pizza I've ever had. Major bubbles and maybe one small scoop of sauce. It's like I'm eating cardboard with cheese on it.

Philly Cheese meat hard very very little cheese no mushrooms no onions and a couple speck size dots of green pepper ( I think).The tiny sub was hard and stale.I brought it back in and showed them The lady was argumentative and rude Her excuse was we are a franchise .I will never step foot in that place ever again!

I always go there after my vet visits at Banfield with my service dog Willow. The service is great. Food is just like from NYC. Everybody is very friendly! Reminds me of the pizza I would get on Lexington Avenue in the 80's!! Thanks!

I was a regular customer here. Loved their pizza. One day asked if they could do a half and half pie, told them i dont care if one runs into the othet, they said yes. I ordered a half Buffalo chicken and half special Ricotta white. They wanted to charge me over $32 for a 18" that cost $22 normally. Both pies are the exact same price. What does it matter what goes on one side and the other. I wasn't asking for anything free or discounted. I told them to just charge me for one or the other, but just have the maker, make it half and half. They could not figure our how to do it. I will never eat here again.
Amending my review strictly on the customer service. I've been a loyal customer especially to the original location and the food is always good. But after placing an online order tonight I received a phone call asking when I coming to get my pizza. The lady was extremely rude, and it had only been maybe 10 minutes past the quoted time to pick up. She acted as if it was inconvenient to have the pizza there when they still were open for 2 hours. Now a days you cannot afford to have bad service as there are too many more options. We ended up going to another local pizza place where our money is more appreciated.

First off seems a man working in the kitchen has a bad attitude. The bathroom is very dirty. The lady server was nice, though. Spaghetti I had, the sauce seemed like pizza sauce. Maybe the pizza would of been better idk.
