Love this place! Ate there for the first time in st Augustine and was very happy to learn they had one here! Don't get here enough. Everything I have tried here is good. Won't disappoint. Something for everyone. Staff always great. Fast friendly service. Fun family atmosphere.

I absolutely loved my time and breakfast here! When you come through the door you're greeted with real kindness and enthusiasm, and if you say you've never been there, you will be given a quick rundown on how to proceed (I greatly appreciate this since I'm anxious in new situations). I ordered a latte (the toffee one!) and the Farmer, and every bit was like someone's grandmother made it! You can taste the quality just as much as you can see it, and the community inside just draws you in and makes you feel at home.

A great breakfast/brunch place! Food is consistently good. The kitchen was a little behind so the manager sent out a peppermint chocolate chip biscuit to all those waiting their orders. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Incredibly unhappy with our service today. We waited an hour to get our food and drinks and none of it came around the same time, when we started eating our food was cold. The chips were soggy, the silverware wasn't cleaned. The employees were grouped in the front talking. When we asked if it usually took so long the woman said they were "having employee problems". The food was bland and not worth the time or hassle, or money. I never post reviews on bad service but this place took our money and made us incredibly frustrated.

We visited this place last week. Being southern, know good biscuits and good gravy! The biscuits were good - gravy was ok. Service was poor! When we arrived, not busy! Walked up to counter - server was cleaning the coffee area! She continued doing this while we waited to give her our order. Final, once she finished her job, she came to take our order - apologizing for the delay. We gave her our order - ordering two different kind of eggs! They both came out over easy! When we questioned the order - she told us that was what we ordered! Several other places in area with better biscuits and gravy!

Dan the managing partner these is a class act. You can tell he really lives what he does and yes I meant to say lives not loves. Lives is a mentality that goes well beyond love. But regardless. Food was great. You'll think the portions look small. Until you eat it. And the richness makes the need for a larger portion irrelevant. The prices are also great so just order more if you're still hungry. Had the screaming goat which was a special item. As well as the bread pudding. So so so good! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a "brunch" spot. Minus all the fuss and long waits typically associated with brunch. Good job guys!

The sausage gravy is spicy and that's not the spicy one they also sell. Good concept for breakfast place but relying on staff to execute the food properly and have actual personality is too much to ask. Went here twice and both times same experience. Many other places to have a better breakfast in the area.

Before entering this welcoming, southern-inspired eating establishment, make sure you have prepared an immense appetite, as you will surely need it once seeing the menu. Trust me, your eyes are guaranteed to be larger than your stomach. The Maple Street Biscuit Company is a modest and home-cooked restaurant that promises nothing but unbelievable comfort food and exceptional service making you, the customer, feel like family. Trying to cover as many bases as possible, the menu, with an array of mouthwatering options for all types of pallets, is prone to leave you satisfied and needing to losen your belt a notch. From sandwiches and biscuits covered in sausage gravy or apple butter, there is a choice of absolute heaven for everyone. For those with allergies, which someone in our party had, they took this information extremely seriously and made sure that specific item that was ordered met the person's needs. The rustic dining area is inviting and consistently clean, ready to host a multitude of hungry customers. However, nothing compares to the excellent service. Accidently walking into the restaurant after hours, the manager Dan, refused to leave my family empty-handed. He provided us with a large quantity of biscuits with dipping sauces and even a sample of their homemade peach tea. This taste-test and memorable act of kindness was all my family and I needed to know that we would be returning the following day. The next day, we returned filled with excitement ready to try nearly everything on the menu. We ordered three fried chicken and biscuit plates, and the portions were larger than expected. Dan sat down and engaged in a great conversation with us, eager to know our opinions. With nothing but positive things to respond with, we were immediately met with complimentary cinnamon iced biscuits for the table, leaving us shocked and delighted. We left with another platter of dessert and biscuits we had ordered previously, and couldn't wait to get home to open the boxes where we were met with even more delicious treats. My family cannot rave enough about how fantastic this place is, and we are so thrilled to visit again.

There was much to like about this place. The decor was attractive and clean, and the employees were exceptionally welcoming. There was someone named Dan there who couldn't have been better. It started off great with some iced biscuits that were given to us even before we ordered anything to eat. That was very cool. I ordered the veggie fritata/waffle which seemed like a good idea. My husband ordered the regular fritata /waffle also. These eggy creations were rubbery and pretty tasteless. The potatoes were supposed to be cajun seasoned but were bland also. The peach Arnold Palmer was really tasty though. And the buscuits were OK but underwhelming. Here's the thing. To the owners of the chain--taste your food. Serve New Orleans food that tastes good.

Picked up a chicken biscuit (added cheese) for a quick breakfast on my way out of Bradenton and was very pleased! Despite taking the food to go, it was very fresh and tasty. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and had a great crunch. Friendly staff and good food!

Wow! A little pricey but exceptional food in taste quantity and quality. Unable to eat more than half of my order. The biscuits, gravy and waffles were fantastic

I want to give this place 5 stars because the food was good but several things stood out Their hash brown cake: many reviewers posted pictures of theirs so I had expectations of what ours would look like when we ordered it. Ours looked very sloppy. You couldn't even call it a cake. It had zero shape whatsoever. We ordered the 3 layer cake and it was served on our plates with such a globby mess. My over easy egg apparently broke as the cook tried to put it on the plate, so he smeared all this egg yolk all over the edges of the plate and still served it to me that way. It looked so messy. Zero presentation skills. People should really try to make food look presentable. It did have a lot of flavor and they serve fresh squeeze orange juice which is nice. But there is room for improvement with this place.

This was a delish place to feel at home and eat. The staff was all friendly and all tables were clean. Food was made to order so it was cooked to perfect temps. Flavors were on point! I recomend the toasted bread pudding for a shared dessert, so good!!

Horrid. Flies everywhere, poor customer service, food was tasteless and cold. Forgot my latte and didn't receive until after I finished my meal - while counter girl daydreamed and put the lowest effort into making it AGAIN after using dairy milk instead of almond. Just bad experience all the way around. Not cheap. Will not return. Ever.

7/1/22 This is a nice place to grab a quick breakfast. The biscuits and gravy I ordered was so delicious. I don't know what they do with the gravy but it is super delicious. However it's kind of pricey, I got one biscuit and one ladle of gravy. I've never only been given one biscuit with biscuits and gravy. The bathroom was really clean and the place has a nice atmosphere the people working there were super friendly and the coffee was good. It's very fast food without fast food taste. I will definitely return to try other things.
