This used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick bite. Over the last year or so, it has really declined. Food was dried out in containers that had food dried and cracked all around tge edges..they just scraped it down into the bottom of the container and mixed it all together...work uniforms were dirty and food stained. Dining tables were dirty and we were the only customers in there on a Sunday afternoon. I won't go back. Board of Health should be called...gross

This place is dirty. It was 11:50 when I got here. The place is empty as can be. Salsa bar looks frozen and neglected. The glass is dirty and smudged. The counter with the teas is filthy, like whoever cleaned last night didn't move anything and just wiped in front of the machines with the amount of grime between the machines as well as behind them. I regret eating here and won't return. This visit was the nail in the coffin. They need a health inspection visit immediately. I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like if they allow where guests eat to look like this.

Awful experience, got Moe’s monday bowl and burrito, and gave me very small portions on rice and chickens. Not even kidding got about 5 pieces of chicken cubes in my bowl. I asked for a little more because I thought I was getting bamboozled and they proceeded to charge me double for basically one serving of chicken. I complained about and they told its too late. Been eating Moes for about 5 years basically every week, and this the first time I felt disrespected. Never again
Apparently it's a card only business now, don't bother bringing cash. No estimate on when they'll start accepting cash again.

Food is good steady but at times it seems like items sit on the warmers too long. Serving fast food in galley style is not very productive. I've never been there on busy rush so I'm not sure if it works here. Just minor things to get you over the top .
