Lily provided absolutely outstanding service! She took exceptional care of us and truly went above and beyond our expectations. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to ensuring guests feel valued and well taken care of. Because of Lily, we will definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend asking for her if you visit. She is a true asset to the team.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. We have always loved the pizza here but this was absolutely terrible. The crust was paper thin, with no flavor and barely any cheese. I could have gotten better pizza in a school cafeteria. Our Fungi was just as bad. I am so disappointed and wasted $40.

We gave this location four chances, and every time we visit, our server seems to forget we are there. Last night the restaurant was relatively slow. Our family sat on the patio, and from the time we were seated to the time we left was exactly two hours. We only ordered soft drinks and food since we had a child with us.

The food took a very long time to come out and was served cold. Our drinks were empty most of the visit and were never refilled. After finishing our meal, we sat for an additional 30 minutes waiting to pay. Eventually my husband went inside to find our server, only to see all the servers inside chatting and gossiping.

Overall, very disappointing service. We would recommend the downtown Bradenton or St. Pete location instead.

Food was great, pizzas are amazing. Their lunch time special where you get pizza, a salad and a drink for 15 bucks is phenomenal. The beer wall is super cool and it wasn't even expensive. I think we got two beers and they averaged about $6 a piece. Our server went missing for a while so everything took a little bit longer. But thank God for food runners!

Were so good ask for the wings extra crispy. The spinach dip Was just okay needs seasoning. White & buffalo chicken pizza were good.

The food was fine I had the grouper boy and my friend had a clucker pizza,but the service really ruined the experience. Lily was rude and dismissive, and both my friend and I felt rushed the entire time we were there. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

My family was visiting, and we were looking for a quick meal. We discovered this establishment, which I haven't frequented in years, and it exceeded expectations.

My brother's birthday, he loves tasting different beers. Which he did. That was good. My sister's martini was great. Giod bartender.

Food was awful. Chips w spinach dip were stale and tasteless. Steak egg rolls were cooked perfectly, crispy, but no taste.

Grouper sandwich, boring. Caesar salad dressing tasted like it came from a bottle.

Only thing worse was the service. We had to flag our waitress down for everything. Ask her for our drinks, which were sitting at the bar. She didn't even apologize when she finally brought them over.

Manager said at the beginning one free appetizer on the house (which didn't happen) because they wouldn't allow us to have the wine I brought in opened with a corkage fee, because it was a liability, which doesn't make sense! Most other restaurants in Sarasota and Manatee counties allow it, especially when the wine selection is so bad.

I waited tables for 19 years and went to culinary school. I am usually very understanding when a server is super busy or the kitchen is super busy. Not the case, it was slow last night, plenty of empty tables when we were there. No excuses other than poor management and poor training.

We will never go back.

We had the best time at Oak & Stone!
Lindsay was the manager on duty and she was absolutely amazing-friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
She knew the beer wall inside and out and answered every single question we had without missing a beat, which made the experience fun and easy instead of overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a great time. Mia was our server and she was fantastic as well—super friendly and on point. Between the two of them, it was one of the best experiences we've had dining out. We'll definitely be back!

I cannot stop raving about this place. The food is incredible and every time I go the employees are so kind. I just recently went my server I think his name was Jett was very helpful. I tell everyone I know to come to oak and stone. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

We were in town for family activities and decided to try this place since one is opening up near where we live (Cape Coral) and it was ok. Food wasn’t anything special, beer on tap not what we expected (variety) but the service was really good. Hope your experience is much better
