Put in order on Door dash for pickup and location is closed. Can't cancel on Doordash either. Not cool.

I’ve been there within their store hours and the store is closed. It was 9:25 AM And the store was closed. If it’s permanently closed, they should put a sign. They should also remove themselves from DoorDash, people are putting in orders and not receiving them.
I have had training berries a couple times. Coffee is good but we can't on Sunday 9/21 at 10:45 am and they were closed even though they're hours say 8-3.
They were extremely slow and my order was completely forgotten after waiting patiently for almost an hour. The people in front of us waited about as long (even for fresh this was too long) with only two staff on and complex ordering. The people behind us had an order that was long, too, but them getting their order ahead of us made me go ask about the order. They had lost it. No one looked around at two women waiting for their order? Ridiculous. No awareness.
Writing this review 3 months later because I think about the avocado toast almost daily. The BEST avocado toast i’ve ever had. Such a cute atmosphere as well.

First time in! Friendly staff very cool drinks available such as caramel banana latte and strawberry shortcake matcha. Great atmosphere, cool phone booth inside and they have a pastry selection!
