I went in for their acai bowl and was very disappointed. They took out a frozen acai in a plastic container, added some toppings and handed it over. For $10! The acai was frozen solid at the bottom. They didn't blend it or mix it. Just took the block of frozen product and added some toppings. I have had acai at many places and this was probably the worst one i have ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else.

3 people behind the counter talking and cleaning not acknowledging any customers for several minutes. We waited about 8 minutes behind another person just to be told they "weren't doing any food" @ 7:30pm while others were eating in the lobby.

Walked in because it didn't seem too busy inside. Walked up to the register, there were 2-3 people working. Two girls working behind the register saw us standing at the register, didn't say hello, completely ignored us. Not a simple "Hello, sorry we're really busy. It'll be a few minutes". Nothing. Didn't acknowledge us at all! After being ignored for 15 minutes, we left. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I understand people are short staffed and I'm pretty patience and understanding, but to not even acknowledge customers in front of your fast is very rude.

came in after a long day at work, never had this place before and Poli and kvon greeted me when I came in. I asked Kvon what he would recommend for somebody who has never been here, he told me I should try the peanut butter cup and a chicken chorizo wrap. the food and the drink was amazing along side with the customer service, if you have never been here I would highly recommend this location along with these two gentlemen!

I was staying in the area and wanted a smoothie. This place is located in a newer strip mall with a ton of great shops so you could be shopping and want something quick; so it's handy location is very convenient.I got the 'Island Green' (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, & banana) and Detox Island Green (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger) for the next day. I didn't add any additional mix-ins like protein powder, etc. It was about $6.50 plus tax for each one. It was crowded so I able to get in and out fast. I easily parked in the lot in front of the store. They are opened until 7am- 9pm.

The food at Tropical Smoothie is always very consistent. What makes or breaks any one place over another is cleanliness and customer service. Well, this one was phenomenal! Very clean and I had 3 different employees start a conversation with me to make sure my day was going well. What a refreshing experience. Thank you.
