I tried to call 4 times in a row to inform the team of the errors on my order. Nobody answered. I request a restaurant general manager or director of ops follow up and call me back asap.

This is my first bad review in my life but I had to do it just for warn the society, maybe this is a one in a million case but I get some food on the drive-thru and I asked for a number 3 (Chicken nuggets meal), and turns out that the nuggets were literally raw inside, not all of them but 3 were cold, slimy and 100% raw, this is quite delicate because everybody knows that salmonella may be present in raw chicken, Im a person who has to work, I have to support my family and don't make sense eat in this place and get sick for a week even though im spending money in food, of course Im not going to eat in this place in the rest of my life, I worked in restaurants before and they should check the temperature of the chicken because raw chicken can really harm your health, I really hope this review could help this place to grow as a restaurant because this is unacceptable

I went specifically for a baked potato and they had no potatoes. The worker said they never have them. I already paid for the meal with a baked potato. How is it you didn't have baked potatoes! You're Wendy's!
