I had an amazing experience here for my birthday Saturday We were going to sit at a table so we put our name on the wait and sat at the bar but we ended up just staying at the bar. Our bartender was amazing I didn’t get his name. He had curly brown hair but he really made my experience worth it. I drank the chocolate espresso martini and loved it. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Since we began coming to The Keys this place has beckoned us, reminding Her of The Dolphin House in Apollo Beach, growing up...we finally made it a point to stop in and WOW. Chef ON STELLAR POINT with impeccable flavors and Miss running Service as if it's Her 2nd Nature. Everything 5 STARS. You can't keep us away now. ? oh, and Spencer is a local at the bar and His Smile = The Keys ???

Excellent restaurant. Food and service were impeccable. I had the 16oz ribeye, it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the pecan crusted chicken breast, excellent as well. The French Onion soup was delicious with a generous amount of cheese. The Duck Wings were absolutely exquisite. We completed the meal with a decadent slice of six layer chocolate cake. Over all one of the best meals I have had in the Keys.

Had dinner since we stayed next door at the motel. After seeing the motel we were concerned but the entire experience was tremendous. My fillet mignon was cooked perfectly medium rare and came with blue cheese sauce and a red wine reduction that made the flavor outstanding.

I don't write many restaurant reviews, but the existing reviews are so misleading I wanted to warn anyone who is considering dining at South of the Seven restaurant. On the positive side, the atmosphere and service were nice. And the onion soup was tasty. But the fish dish was pathetic. We ordered pike with crabmeat. It arrived with a big pile of soggy mashed potatoes, a few roasted carrots, and a TINY piece of tasteless fish. If there was any crabmeat in it, it was well hidden. I've had much better fish in my local diner. The price was exorbitant for the amount served. Ignore those reviews with high praise. This place is way over-priced and really disappointing!

We dined here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Drove up from Stockton and we were not disappointed. One of the few finer dining restaurants in the area in our opinion. However, not only was the food delicious, but the service was outstanding. Everyone who works in the restaurant was very kind and welcoming. We will be back next time we vacation in the Keys!

Quite possibly one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had! Welcoming, friendly, and exceptionally fast service. Caitlyn was a wonderful waitress who was prompt, friendly and so informative. She is fantastic. This place fills up quick and the atmosphere is lively. We love to sit out on the deck and eat dinner, it was balmy and beautiful.The food was delicious. Exceptionally gourmet- but also kid friendly. The hostess brought us an entire box of crayons! Wow! The potato soup was the best we have ever had. We love the entrees. The food was delivered within minutes despite them being so busy and it was piping hot and delicious. Wow! We will be back again. This is mouthwatering food and guaranteed amazing time. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A STOP HERE! Thank you so much South of the Seven restaurant. We will be regulars now! :)
