I am disappointed with my order. I ordered 5 sandwiches and 3 fries. When I got home there were 4 sandwiches and the 3 fries. Very disappointed. I tried to call the store and was hung up on.
The new ordering system, whereby you cannot order at the register, is a shambles. The staff have to help the elderly and / or when it’s not working right then proceed to check you out at the register! What’s the point of that?? It took so long today I walked out and went elsewhere. The staff are useless plus the manager on duty today just stood there doing nothing when it was obvious, with around 5-6 people complaining, that assistance was needed... he then walked off!!...read full review
Went there 3 days ago and ordered 2 hamburgers plain, got burgers, had everything on them! Went again last night and ordered a double hamburger, was told they didn’t have any! Seriously, NO HAMBURGER!!! It’s McDonald’s �
