My wife and I have always enjoyed eating at Steak 'n Shake. We recently went there after they have made some good changes. Now, you order on kiosks and then they call you when your food is ready. We like it even better now. Do not go there without getting a milkshake. They are fabulous.

I have been a long time customer. I went recently and they doubled prices! Which I will pay if they are paying their employees better. But the hamburger was salty and I don't normally get cheese. But every burger on the menu has cheese. Sure I can order without but I still pay for it. Pay more and didn't like it not a good business plan

Place was dirty. Milkshake was good but took forever. We were already done with our food, and there was only one our table in the restaurant. Burgers were ok. Fries were broken and tiny, looked like they were defrosted and then frozen again, then fried. They were clumped together

We went on a field trip and took our scholars there for lunch. Even with as many scholars as we had, every employee was very professional and respectful. The food was delivered on time and delicious. We will definitely be back! Jim was amazing!! Thank you so much for such a great lunch!

The steak and shake burger were extremely great. First of all it was like a smash burger but with a lot of juice. It was perfect. I got the garlic burger. It was great plus I got a milkshake for an additional $2.49. That real cheap for a great milk shake. Overall it was great. Thank you Steak n Shake.
