Place is dirty. Took 50 minutes to get a burger and fry on a dine in order. Multiple people lining up demanding to know where their food is (7/27/25 between 2:50pm->3:45pm)
They dont have adequate staffing. You wont get a refund and its obviously discouraged to because everythings via kiosk and self service now. Just avoid the headache in general and avoid this place. Plenty of less terrible options in the area. Im pretty sure i could have prayed for some food at home and it'd have arrived faster.

There must be one employee in the kitchen. Waited 38 minutes for ice cold food and melted shake. No soap in the bathroom, so I doubt there are sanitary practices in the Viera location

The incompetence and lack of accountability is something that needs to be studied at the university of Harvard. 40 minutes for milkshakes at dead times, food was mediocre and was different depending on the cook. Honestly a horrible experience and it was way too cold inside.

Placed an order online and went through to pick it up, waited over 35 mins when it said my order was going to be ready in 5-10 minutes. 7 people behind me in line got there food before I did and I STILL had to continue to wait. The excuse was “oh we take drive through orders before online” okay? Why not tell me that when I drove up? I would never sit for 35+ mins waiting for food and have a completely melted milkshake if I knew that was the case. Never, ever had this problem before till tonight. Oh, and did I mention my food was brought to me COLD. Not happy and I want my money back.
First time at a Steak & Shake ever and with wife & kids. Love how yall are using beef tallow which is way healthier and more delicious than seed oils the other restaurants might use. Also - paid in Bitcoin!
