The flatbread sandwiches were pretty good, folded in half instead of wrapped so they were spread so much they were nearly empty. Their online ordering wasn't working, everything g was marked as out of stock at that location so I couldn't use the 20% off and they would not do it manually.
What is the world is going on here at this Subway! I would travel 30 minutes from home for this one but yesterday I ordered a 6" flatbread, steak egg and cheese. Was about to put on toppings and saw the egg and cheese. Ma'am where is the steak. There was a teaspoon of steak on this flatbread. She said on a 6" we have to give half of both proteins, meat and cheese. I told her I am not paying for a teaspoon of steak on a steak sandwich and I think you might be confused. I told her to enjoy her steak less steak sandwich and walked out. Unreal. I will be going to another Subway and see what they do. If this is the case buh bye Subway.

Ordered a kids meal. The lady began making the sandwich and I jokingly/kindly said, "that bread looks about 2 inches too short" (hoping she would get a sufficient proper length piece). The lady responded, "it's a kids sandwich". I said, "So, I'm paying for it, and it should be closer to 4 inches" and then I Googled what the actual length should be bc I've never gotten served a kids sandwich this small at any Subway before. I showed the lady and said, "I think you're tape measure is wrong bc that sandwich is not even close". She rolled her eyes. Lady said, "they're supposed to be 3.5 inches ". I said, "that's not 3.5 inches". I got more eye rolls. Look at the picture I attached - it's the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. It's clearly maybe 2 inches tops. Then, the Nacho Doritos my daughter picked out were stale so I had to go back to to the counter and request a new bag which came with more eye rolls. Everything is overpriced these days and I'm tired of paying for garbage and attitude. I don't even care for Subway sandwichs but I go there and spend my money bc my daughter loves going there. But after this experience we most likely won't be returning bc you ticked her off more than me lol Do better

Place is nice but vibe is off, lady serving us was rude and just couldn’t be bothered, gave me like 3 pickles and 2 tiny green peppers which she sat there and pulled into little pieces and put on my sandwich, for the price you pay there’s no reason to be sticking customers on portion sizes this is a subway not a chipotle.

Unprofessional workers and management. They refuse to let me get get my son a kids meal with Italian herb and cheese bread even though I order the same thing everyday and there was plenty of bread there. I showed them it even allows me to order it through the app at their location but still were extremely rude and disrespectful. Manager looks and acts like she just got out of correctionial facility and Needs training in how to deal with customers.

Disappointed with the corporate decision to remove peanut butter cookies from the offering... It's not the local store's fault.
The staff was friendly but seemed very busy. The floor was sticky. They are pretty stingy with the amount of meat the put on your sandwich.

I was visiting the courthouse and went here for lunch with a coworker.Parking is tight! Very crowded lot.They ran out of meatballs during lunch. I find it unlikely that this was a first. The girls answer to the request was very'matter of fact ' like and I felt like this was a line used often.Overall was ok, but the experience left me thinking there are places close by that are not as crowded and won't take all of the lunch period to grab lunch.
