Service was friendly and fast but asked for dark roast and got pikes peak. I watch him poor it from the pikes peak spout and asked him at that time to make sure I got dark roast. He said it was dark roast. I got the cut and it smelled like Pikes and asked again. And again he said it was the Dark. After drinking it, it was definitely not Dark.

Stopped at this Starbucks in Fort Myers before heading to a listing appointment. One of the best coffee shops in the area. Great location with an amazing vibe. Sat outside and enjoyed my coffee while I got some work done. Great start to my morning.

This was a typical airport Starbucks experience, which is not a bad thing. The coffee was good, the food less so, and service was quick and friendly.

I have never seen a Starbucks that was such a disorganized mess. Garbage everywhere, messy counters and slow-motion service. Out of almost all teas, the women at the register seemed fine, but the one person making drinks was sleepwalking. Apathy driven by a captive audience.

Very rude response to my complaint the coffee wasn’t as ordered. That’s a first when visiting Starbucks. I wasn’t difficult at all nor angry and the was no reason to be unfriendly.
