Today I went through the drive through, I paid with a gift card. The girl tried to keep my gift card, telling me there was nothing left, I asked for a receipt and magically she said there was still 16 dollars on it and gave me back my gift card! She wasn't willing to until I asked for the receipt! Looked bad on her part! I don't like feeling like I'm being stolen from especially when I already know some of my money is going to support a war that I don't support! Shame on you Starbucks!

Ridiculously slow. I've been in drive up line for 7 min and only moved up two cars. And it's late morning not rush hour.

I love Starbucks but I hate this location. I've been here a couple times and the same problem happens. Today I ordered a cheese Danish, cookie, and caramel ribbon crunch. I did a mobile order and it said my order would be ready at 9:55. I get there at 9:53 and my cheese danish and cookie is there so I wait for my drink. Seven minutes go by and it's now 10:00 I go up and ask if my drink is being made. They apologize and say they will have it made. I sit down and see a cup that looks like it has caramel so I wait for my drink but instead of making my drink they refill cups, lids, trays, and literally anything. It is now 10:07 and nothing so I go try to ask but there was a line. I saw people getting their drinks but I was before them. This Starbucks has horrible customer service. I will NOT be coming back horrible customer service and they lie.

Waited 10 minutes at the microphone to even get my order taken, was at the window for another 6 minutes and they didn't even open the window to accept payment. Gave up and left. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to do not go here if you expect normal speed service

Love Starbucks- but not this location. Our order is always wrong and our visits last way too long because of a remake each time. The Target across the street is a way better option than coming to this location.

Ysabel at this location was incredibly rude when we came 2 minutes early for our mobile order. The drinks were not made correctly. We submitted our order about 5 minutes before we made it to the location. We were not rude or upset since we know we were a little early, but she kept saying "Check your mobile order time before you come". I've never had an employee with such an attitude & upset about a 2 minute difference. Do better Ysabel!!!

Service was friendly and fast but asked for dark roast and got pikes peak. I watch him poor it from the pikes peak spout and asked him at that time to make sure I got dark roast. He said it was dark roast. I got the cut and it smelled like Pikes and asked again. And again he said it was the Dark. After drinking it, it was definitely not Dark.

This location is going downhill. Literally waited in the drive thru line for 45 min. Starbucks needs to hire competent folks. New people should be trained for weeks before serving in the drive thru.

Came for the Starbucks coffee... Disappointment! Bitter brew, only drank half. Milk foam brown-clean your machine, ladies!

I understand that Sunday mornings are crowded. But we waited here for an hour to get a black coffee and a cold brew, two items that take absolutely no prep time. These types of orders usually get fulfilled at the counter bc they're so fast and should not be going into the sticker queue with mobile orders and fancy espresso drinks. Not only that but when our stickers get lost, there's little understanding from the staff which doubled our wait time bc they couldn't pour a cup of coffee and cold brew. Super frustrating experience.
